What a day at @f1mia. The weather held out for us and no rain. Ended up being just about perfect conditions to take in the race and everything happening around that massive Miami street circuit.

Big thank you to @johnbibbo, @tjstanley1982, and the entire @eventsourcerental team. Long time partners, and even better friends. That relationship means a lot. Enjoyed spending the weekend together at the PGA Cadillac Championship and then @f1 today.

I took this pic during the race and when everyone THOUGHT it was going to rain, but it never did thankfully!

If nothing else, these 3 things need to be ON POINT to ensure guests STAY for your entire event:

🕶️The vibes must be “just right”, which means we’ve thought of your guests COMFORT!

🍸People assume they will be fed and fed WELL! Let’s not disappoint them, which also means… we need to ensure we have cocktails and drinks in general ready to go!

✨The entertainment doesn’t have to be out of this world, but it should bring smiles to everyone and make them want to be involved! Event details in general should build to the “feel” you are after! 🫶🏼

Signage should direct people and should either be interactive &/or undeniably bold, especially at corporate launches or weddings. 🌺

Whether it’s a grand floral entryway, a directional sign dressed in tropical blooms, or row markers that double as aisle decor, we use signage AND florals strategically to guide guest flow, set the tone, and tell your story. ✨

From entrances to exits, we don’t just decorate, we direct with intention. 🎬

Who says summer events have to be pastel? For @wesleypharmaceuticals ‘ grand opening, we took a tropical concept and gave it a modern, elevated twist using deep hues, bold black accents, and vibrant florals for a look that’s anything, but expected. 🌺

Yes, @socialiteeventplanning plans weddings, yet we also specialize in unforgettable corporate events! Whether it’s a summer wedding or a summer soirée, we’re here to remind you: the season doesn’t dictate your palette. You do. 🙌🏽

This week we’re showcasing the BOLD regardless of the time of year! Trending wedding editorial photos, elevated tropical event details, & all the menus, signature cocktails, & confetti in between! ✨

Congratulations again to @wesleypharmaceuticals on their opening! 🍾

PSA: Just because it’s your big day doesn’t mean every little thing is magically handled. Brides, we are truly speaking to you, yet these apply to most events!👀

These are the sneaky questions you need to ask your event planner because assumptions = stressful surprises.💥

Top 5 Questions to Ask Your Planner (Services Which May Not Be Covered!):

Who’s cleaning up at the end of the night?

Who’s bussing tables and taking out the trash?

Who’s packing up your gifts, cake, and decor?

Who’s in charge of vendor load-out & timelines?

Who’s staying until the very end to make sure it all runs smoothly & no one is locked out?

Don’t leave these answers up in the air, your peace of mind (and your feet) will thank you!

@socialiteeventplanning loves to plan a party and although we speak to weddings often, our team is also known for producing corporate celebrations. 🫒🍸

Part 1 was all about anticipating clients needs BEFORE they happen & part 2 is how we carry the STORY of our corporate clients directly AND indirectly throughout the event! 🍽️

We do this through music, food, visuals, textures, entertainment, COLOR, and directly with engaged storyboard installations, which tells YOUR company story. 🌿

Congratulations again to @wesleypharmaceuticals on their opening! 🙌🏽
