I just finished a Full Moon online event and it was so much fun!

The new 90 minute format gave people the opportunity to share and connect with one another on a much deeper level.

Thank you to all who showed up and participated! You were a powerful group of women.

I’ll see you in two weeks for the New Moon!

Iz homecoming with like a zillion kids whose food, photo, and transportation requirements needed to be organized and documented on 2 separate spreadsheets (genius moms!)

My heart is full. I am beyond blessed for the love, the quality time with you all and the abundance of gifts: getting my nails done, flowers, carrot cake (multiple), desserts, cards, coffee, dinner, happy hour, drinks, some feel goods and honestly just being amazing family and friends! 💕

A little story for you, I don’t usually celebrate my birthday, to me it’s just another day. I haven’t for years and I usually just like to hide out. The truth is, when I was a little girl I used to wait for my mom to show up to see me and she never would. On my birthday I would wait for a card, a phone call, honestly anything and I would get nothing. So, I realized at a young age, if I wanted something I would figure out how to get it myself. When there is no expectation from others you will never be let down. Think about that! 💯
.
.
.
As a mom, now I realize how important it is to love, support and encourage my kids and do the best I can for their special day. So, I decided to hold a high expectation for myself and how I treat others, cause it’s the little, simple things that matter the most. So, for all of you that sent me a message, sent me some love, spent time with me, sent cards and gifted me I am beyond thankful! You are loved and amazing and thank you for making me feel loved! ❤️😘

We don’t know what we don’t know and developing more #knowledge as parents and car owners is important! 🙌🏽

My friend @soderbergbeth posted a video (from Gaul Gopal Das) this morning about the importance of smiling. It is so powerful. He had this slide in it. Look at it closely. Imagine where you are right now. All paths lead to “then why worry?”. How can this moment be different when you think this way? What about this day? This week? This month? This year? This life? So beautiful. So powerful. Thank you Beth! ❤️ #cindyravnskinandhealth #healthisbeautiful #fabulousover40 #skinfoodie #edenprairie
