POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Our short film «Κεράσι» / “Cherry” just started its journey with @dramafilmfestival , you can catch it tonight @independentshortsawards and late October @tisffest

When @eftychiaman reached out to me with her lovely vision, my first instinct was how cute and intimate this story was in the script and thankfully with the help of everyone involved we made it into a cute and intimate film for the big screen as well. A family was created in the island during the shoot and that truly translated in the film. 🤍

Kudos to @george_lambr and @mdl.fngr for doing their crafts solo better than beasts.

@lina_lazari & @thanos.koniaris thank you for letting me be the third guy in there 😇 and thank you for the outstanding performance.

Film Synopsis:
On a remote Greek island, Lina moves through slow summer days and starlit nights immersed in nature and fleeting connections, tracing sensory memory and the quiet intimacy of being entirely present.

Η Λαφαζάνη, μεταφέροντας την ευαισθησία και τη δυναμική που τη χαρακτηρίζει, καταδύεται στα βαθιά ερωτήματα του Μπίχνερ: Πόσο ελεύθεροι είμαστε στις επιλογές μας; Είναι ο έρωτας μια πράξη επανάστασης ή ένα προδιαγεγραμμένο παιχνίδι τύχης;

This reel is a love letter to myself and to every indie filmmaker out there.

My short film “Heat Me” didn’t happen overnight.
It took almost two years from the first idea to festival screenings.

Moments of learning, setbacks, small wins, community support, and stubborn belief in the story.

Independent filmmaking is an act of persistence.

You keep doing the job.
Even when no one is watching yet.

And one day the film finally finds its audience. 🎬
