POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Here is everything I read during the week of 10/14/2026.

My personal favorite issue was Legion of Superhero #2 by @joshuawilliamson and @cleanlined. So far Joshua Williamson doing a great job with setting up an intriguing mystery and juggling multiple storylines that are all very interesting. One of my favorite aspects is the world building of the 31st century and how it expands the world beyond just Superman lore and shows off other aspects of DC. One of the themes I like about the book is the dangers of having an overbearing government. For example The United Planets forcing recruits into the Persuaders reminded me of how dictators of history would forcibly recruit men into their ranks. Also, the manner in which the Persuaders “kept the public quiet” reminded me of dictatorships. This book is shaping up to be something special and I hope more people read this book.

My other favorite book was Power Rangers Unlimited #4 by @kenblakeporter, @_joeyesposito, and @federico.sorressa. As someone who is not the most knowledgeable about Power Rangers this series so far has been a blast to read month to month. I’m not sure if this was the best issue of this series so far, or if it was the way I read it that made a difference but this was a fun story. I have been getting lost in just trying to figure out who is who in this series because of how many different rangers there were and I really only experience MMPR is the original show. Even with that I have still Ben enjoy the stories being told and Federico’s art make each of the issue fun to go through.

Here we are, I present… Spider-Man and The Punisher!🕷️🕷️🕸️🕸️❤️💙💀💀🖤🖤💥💥🔫🔫

A tale of two “friends” who can’t stand each-other. For some of my past sketches I kinda struggled a bit with the colors and shading, but for this one I’m more proud of how it turned out. And I can’t wait to see these two together on the big screen in a couple weeks!.

The inks are complete, working on the colors right now. So far I’m feeling pretty good about this one.

All this talk of people using Ai to make all this slop that passes for “art” on the internet.🤖💻

Let me show you how it’s really done!🖌️👩‍🎨

It’s not pretty but at least it’s real!

Just a little practice whipped up in procreate, hopefully I’ll be able to perfect her design in the future.

•Went to the Epcot international festival of the arts and I got to check out this animation academy seminar. It was really fun, the artist hosting actually was an animator for The Lion King, Lilo and Stitch, and more.

And I got to draw Figment for the first time and it turned out better than I’d hoped.
