A love letter to GHP💌

My past 4 weeks at GHP was truly the quickest and most enjoyable time of my life. There is something so refreshing about being surrounded with people who are all so passionate about their craft. I’m going to miss every rehearsal, game night, lakeside meal, rap battle , and even every hall check. I’m so thankful for the friendships I made but especially my small group of friends that I now can call family and I know I will carry them with me throughout my whole life. I was also lucky enough to have the most amazing and supportive hall mates and roommates who I couldn’t be more thankful for.

I would like to thank Mr.Jelani, Ms.T, Ms.Jasmine and all of the other dance majors for always being there for me and giving me a true understanding of what to expect in the professional dance world. They helped me learn so much about myself and grow not only as a dancer but as a person as well.

And even though I’m sad my time at Governors Honors has come to an end I’m so thankful I got to experience this once in a lifetime opportunity. Thank you GHP.
