Today we recognise Endangered Species Day by honoring the incredible marine life that depends on healthy oceans to survive. From whale sharks to sea turtles, many species found in Maldivian waters are now facing serious global decline.

These animals play vital roles in keeping ocean ecosystems balanced, yet many are under increasing pressure from human activity across the oceans they roam.

Protecting them helps protect the health of the entire marine environment 🩵

The Mountain Theory… growth begins when you leave comfort behind. Most stay in the valley where it’s safe, but nothing changes there. The climb is hard, the path lonely, but the higher you go, the clearer everything becomes. The mountain doesn’t offer ease, but it offers perspective.
Fi & Ally took Billie north to Kaikōura, getting out there, exploring wild coastlines, chasing slow mornings and leaning into the adventure that comes with the open road.

Swimming with this baby humpback whale was something completely different. Stepping into their world, suspended in the deep blue. When the whale chooses to approach, lock eyes with you, and to share the space with a deliberate curiosity. The size of the humpback was humbling, yet it felt so gentle. Just incredible.

Time in nature helps us regulate, reconnect, and feel grounded again. 🐠

But beyond the data, it’s feeling.

The ocean holds us without judgment.

not above nature, but within it.
