Work dump + past few months. It’s Bitter sweet to pack things up and go to school, on one hand I’m incredibly excited for the journey ahead, but also soooo sad to know that this era of my life is ending. This bakery brought me so many friends and opportunities. Even though we had a lot of hard days it was all worth it, and the people surrounding me made it even better. I learned a lot about myself and how to run a bakery… and I would do it all again in a heart beat. Thanks for giving me a shot, hope I gave enough to this place as it gave to me.

Bisous, à plus ✌️
