✨ 108 Sun Salutations ✨
In yoga, 108 is a sacred number, symbolising wholeness, spiritual completion, and the connection between the self and the universe. 🌞🕉️
Finishing our yoga teacher training here in Greece with this practice was beyond powerful. My heart is so full, so proud, and so inspired by these incredible women who moved, breathed, and grew beside me. 💛
Here’s to strength, sisterhood, and new beginnings. @yogaunionbali @yoga__mas

One week into yoga teacher training in Greece and it already feels like a dream I don’t want to wake up from. Grateful for the magic of this place, the incredible souls I get to practise with, and the teachers who are guiding us with such heart and wisdom.✨🧘‍♀️🇬🇷
