I am so grateful for the experience I had of going to @pantosprojectdance summer intensive last week. It was such a supportive environment that pushed me out of my comfort zone and challenged me more than I thought I could be. I took multiple different classes including a lot of modern and contemporary which I loved. I am so greatful to have met such kind teachers, dancers attending the intensive, and company members. Thank you so much @acceleratedancex for a full scholarship to go to this amazing dance company and school!!

Choreographing this piece meant everything to me. It’s the first time I tried to actually SAY something with my hip hop training. Most of the time, when I approach creating a hip hop routine, I keep it light and goofy because hip hop brings me JOY. This time felt different.
I started this piece in May 2024, editing different mixes, certain lyrics jumping out, different grooves fueling my stride. One thing driving the point home; I know what I bring to the table. This piece got me through a dark place and helped build my confidence and for that I’ll always be grateful... “Peace to the world, Let it rotate.”

Last regionals of the season! From those final steps onstage, to the backstage huddle ups, to the kids SCREAMING for one another. I’m so proud of these dancers. Next up, recital and then… NATIONALS!
