Lisbon → Ericeira → Azenhas do Mar → Sintra 🇵🇹

We came for a girls’ trip and somehow managed to fit in vintage shopping, beaches, workouts & a coastal run (only me!! 🫣), vinho verde & cocktails, work sessions, great food (including game nights & kids’ menu orders 🍝), threw some oyster shells into the Atlantic to let go of what no longer serves us 🤌, saw one very colourful castle, explored underground tunnels and had several conversations that could probably have been a podcast. 🙃🤐

10/10. Would disappear to Portugal again with you @sofiaarnau. 🤍

And a top tip: Sintra is a slightly chaotic mix of crazy logistics and Disney wonderland. Definitely somewhere you need to see, but allow LOTS of time for getting around - and book all entrances ahead of time!

Almost three months late posting about one of my favorite days forever and ever… maybe cause I’m still in denial that I won’t get to relieve it over and over again.
Some of the most important people of my life in one room (and a tight, busy dance floor), to celebrate the love of the kindest, funniest and coolest couple out there. (I’m not only saying this cause he’s my brother, I still think Maris is cooler).

Nes and Maris, may the love and light you radiate guide you through this incredible journey.

MON — Surround yourself with strong, smart & beautiful women. Thank you @mothereuro & @trobar_! 🤍

TUE — Slow down so you can be more present and more grateful for everything and everyone around you. Grateful for you @maggiegavilan & @mamainmadrid_!!

WED — Get up early. Do the hard workout & be proud of how much your body has achieved post hospital. 🥹 Buy local.

THU — Work hard for your dreams. Learn more about AI… again. 🤓

FRI — Make time for friends and watch more sunsets.

SAT — Having kids is fun! Move your body and laugh with your favourite people.

SUN — Spend a day in the countryside introducing your kids to strong, inspiring women. And teach them tarot young!

How did I get so lucky? 🥹

There really is something to be grateful for every single day. I know it’s sooo cliché, but I won’t let anyone tell me otherwise. 🙃🫰

THERAPY, WITH A TWIST 🤍

Last weekend, we gathered a group of friends, business owners and community-builders for something a little different.

The idea was simple: move, connect, slow down.

We started with an incredible indoor cycling session led by Toni at @radistudios - full of energy, music and the kind of atmosphere that reminds you how powerful shared experiences can be.

Then we switched gears completely.

Together with Luca from @resetandreborn, we took time to pause, breathe and reset through a guided meditation session that left us feeling calmer, lighter and more present.

One of the things we love most about Mallorca is the people. The creatives, entrepreneurs, makers and community-builders who bring the island to life and create spaces where people can genuinely connect.

This afternoon was a reminder that connection comes in many forms - through movement, conversation, stillness and shared experiences. 🫶

A huge thank you to Toni, Luca and everyone who joined us.

Because sometimes the best planazos aren’t the busiest ones. They’re the ones that leave you feeling a little more connected and present than when you arrived. ✨
