FINDING FLOW @shoreditchdesignweek @l_d_f_official

Led by designer @sofiahagendesign , this immersive creative session explores the connection between art, movement and sound.
Participants will experience the enveloping soundscape of HEMPLAWAVE (developed by @thesoundnutritionist @leonjeanmarie ), designed to help quiet the mind and encourage a state of flow, before embarking on a life drawing session with yoga and pilates teacher, @melodyshots who will be performing a movement flow on HEMPLA.
At a time when creativity is increasingly vital to how we connect, with ourselves, with one another and with the world around us, this session offers a moment to slow down, find focus and reconnect through the power of art.
Drinks will be provided by Pelo del Porro.

Season 1 of Lander Talks is done!

I’m now collating a list of guests for season 2 now. If you’d like a someone you know to be featured, or to put yourself forward, please send me a DM or comment / tag below! Important: the businesses need to be international.

BACKGROUND
The idea came from Friend of a Friend , the community by the wonderful Jessica Lauretti and Alison Feldmann, where I picked up the idea that you grow a network best by making something meaningful, rather than just inviting people to a Zoom or a coffee. So I decided to start talking to women I admire. This turned out to be very cool.

2 years Los Angeles (& HEMPLA) - celebrated with a quite literal BANG 💥… Sometimes all you need is a knock on the head to reset and receive (nevertheless, please don’t do this at home).

Still: epic HEMPLA & my birthday party, once in a lifetime @oefb_1904 @fifaworldcup @losangelesfwc26 , learned that @lafiredepartment showing up on your doorstep at 2am are not strippers, embraced my new life as a beach bum & Disney princess becoming friends with all the animals of venice beach, and, most of all:
Thanks for all the love and support - you know who you are 🤍

See Recap & Photos of our W.I.L.D. & Powerfull Event!!!
What an electric evening! Thank you!!!

An amazing evening with Team Powerfull at their showroom!

The cocktail party, sushi catering, and hospitality was terrific!

And the topic our Stellar Panelists discussed:

"Technology Innovations in Health &Wellness Design"

We explored the latest innovations that engage all our senses from the integrated technology in our homes and businesses that are improving our well being from biophilic designed furniture to circadian automated lighting, meditative or entertainment sound systems, natural textiles, peaceful rooms promoting rest and relaxation whether it's a home spa, meditation room with state of the art sound systems, all to enhance our quality of life and lifestyle by design.

At the close of our discussion:
Our industry leaders, our guests, got to experience a transformative, curated, calming Sound Meditation composed with Neuroscience, created and led by Sofia Hagen! Many guests tried out Sofia's biophilic, digitally printed, Hempla seat as well! The enthusiasm and engaging conversations and connections happened well into the evening!

Thank you everyone!!!

We will do more on this topic again soon!

A wonderful evening speaking on Technology Innovations in Health & Wellness Design.

Together with host @jenniferconvy and fellow panellists @cecilia.e.ramos @lutronbydesign @powerfull.systems @i.n.resonance we explored how thoughtful design can shape the way we live, recover, and perform - from biophilic materials and circadian lighting to sound, sensory environments, and technologies that support wellbeing.

A huge thank you @womeninluxurydesign for the invitation and warm hospitality, and everyone who joined us.

Looking forward to continuing the conversation around the future of wellbeing by design.
