First and foremost, all the glory belongs to God. He is the One who has guided me through every step of this process and gave me the victory from the very beginning.

Over the last few months, I have been fighting osteosarcoma. Surgery was a major step, but everything went perfectly, the mass was 100% removed and I am now focused on giving my very best throughout my recovery and the next rounds of chemotherapy I have left. I miss being on the court and playing the sport I love most, but I will continue fighting every day with faith, strength, and determination until I am able to return and play at my level again.

To Dr. Durfee, Dr. Hoffman, Dr. Wilbur, Dr. Henderson, the Rothman Orthopaedics team, and the AdventHealth team: thank you for your exceptional work during my surgery and for the incredible care and compassion you have shown me during this time. God placed the best team in my path, and I will always be grateful.

To my family, thank you so much for all your love, support and care that you’ve given been through this process. For always being there for me, I couldn’t ask for a better team to be with me. I love you!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and, most importantly, prayed for me. God hears our hearts.
