🏆 The Berlin Landespokal returned last weekend. Into round three with 7th tier FSV Hansa 07 hosting 6th tier Croatia Berlin. We were treated to a fantastic Friday night of football as the sportplatz was packed.

The hosts pulled of an upset to knock the diaspora club out winning 2-0. Enjoyed stubbies of Schulthiess pitchside in Kreuzberg while surrounded by antifascist stickers, can’t knock it.

🇦🇷✨ The 4th star wasn’t to be for Argentina. Regardless of the final result, it was a party throughout. Big shoutout to @bocajuniorsberlin for the events throughout the tournament! Muchachos!

🌍 The Feminist Park's #June Newsletter is here, and it's a powerful one.

This #WorldEnvironmentDay issue asks the questions that mainstream climate discourse too often ignores: Who carries the burden when the water runs out? Whose cities are these, really? And what does care have to do with all of it?

Why Intersectional Feminism Matters for Our Cities Alexia Yacoubian opens this issue with a sharp reminder: climate action cannot succeed without gender justice. Feminist urbanism isn't a niche, it's a blueprint for cities that actually work for everyone.

When the Mountain Cracks, Women Carry the River Sofia Garcia takes us to Argentina, where recent rollbacks to the Glacier Protection Law and Fire Management Law are being sold as economic pragmatism - but read through an urban-feminist lens, they reveal something else entirely: a redistribution of risk away from capital, toward the bodies that live in the land.

Care Is Not a Female Capacity Contributor @monika.jiang from The #OnelinessProject shares what she witnessed at a Shared Table Picnic for men - and why solidarity with men who care is itself a feminist act. Tender, honest, and necessary.

A Promise in Color In honour of Pride Month, we celebrate the work of artist @AntonyHurd [https://anthonyhurd.com/], whose print giveaway turned a personal moment into an act of radical community care for #LGBTQ+ people everywhere.

On the News - we cover the interconnection of gender inequality and climate change (via UN Women), why women are key to solving the climate crisis, and how protracted displacement reveals deep gaps in global refugee policy for women.

Book of the Month: The Intersectional Environmentalist by Leah Thomas - because you cannot save the planet without uplifting the voices of its people.

Spotlight: The Feminist Park Podcast is in its Second Season - new episode every Tuesday! Latest: Degrowth Gardens: From Neoliberal Greening to Urban Commons[listen here https://lnkd.in/d2pzBbbk].

📅 Events coming up:
Femstival - The First Feminist Urbanism Summit by The Gendered City | 9 October 2026, Mexico City
NOW Conference - Celebrating 60 Years of Feminist Power | 26–28 June 2026, Alexa
