con mi papá que aunque se me saliera la chancla con tacón de niña a medio semáforo, jamás me pidió que dejara de ponérmelos 🧚🏾

A moment from the impro “battle”
A format that really pushed me out of my comfort zone.

This wasn’t about control, preparation, rehearsing or trying to make it perfect for the stage.
It was about stepping into it on stage, in real time, in front of people while listening, adapting, and allowing something to happen while staying free.

My second time back on stage after a very long break…
and definitely not the easiest context to step into.
So grateful for this challenge.

Deeply thankful to @meetartfestival for creating a space where this kind of challenge is possible, with such a supportive and positive energy.

Thank you @miamakesmode for this amazing collaboration and for trusting me.

Honored to have shared the stage with such inspiring artists.

The body as ritual -
Kjarvael, Sarethre, Thrysnemae and Oruvask

Situated between fashion, performance, and speculative world-building, this series explores multiplicity as a divine attribute. Through layered silhouettes, repeated figures, and hyper-material textures, the work rejects linear identity in favor of cyclical, collective embodiment. Padding and excess operate as protective structures, transforming softness into a durable, political state. Drawing on mythic and pre-modern dress structures, the work proposes fashion as a space where new cosmologies can be worn, shared, and repeated.
·     Volume = abundance
·     Weight = presence
·     Softness = durability
The figures in the images feel ceremonial, almost priestess-like, but grounded in texture—fabric, flesh, plant, colour. They don’t rule from above; they emerge from materials. They are foundational beings and their garments are constructed from homeware, gardenware, and furniture textiles—materials associated with domesticity, utility, and care. Recontextualised on the body, they become portable altars.
These portraits replace the temple frieze and their repetition is a chant, multiplied as a spell.
Nature is reimagined...
The interplay of plant and insect forms, synthetic textures, translucency, and hyper-saturated color creates a new ecology. It imagines Entanglement.

·     Organic + artificial
·     Flesh + textile
·     Costume + organism

Fashion here becomes speculative biology. The wearer is a future ancestor.
