Tomorrow we’re saying “see you later” to someone who has become such a special and unforgettable part of our team. ❤️
Sophia, it’s hard to put into words just how much you’ve meant to our team and our studio. Your energy, knowledge, passion, leadership, and genuine care have made such an impact—not only on the work we do, but on the people around you. You’ve helped shape our team in so many ways, and we’re incredibly lucky to have had you as part of our journey.

While we’re truly going to miss seeing you, working alongside you, and feeling your energy every day, we couldn’t be more excited for you as you start this next adventure. We know that wherever you go and whatever you take on next, you’re going to make an incredible impact and absolutely crush it. ✨

So, this isn’t goodbye—it’s see you later. Because we have a feeling this won’t be the last time our paths cross. 😉

Thank you for everything, Sophia. Thank you for your hard work, your heart, your passion, and for simply being you. We’ll miss you more than you know, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. ❤️

Wishing you nothing but happiness, success, and amazing things in this next chapter. You deserve it all. 🥂✨

Go crush it, Soph. We’re so proud of you! ❤️

Week 14 Day 1 (Run 1) Tempo Run 10KM

How is it already Week 14?🤪

This morning was hard. I had absolutely no desire to get out of bed, probably because I slept about five hours and felt exhausted.

But we got up and got to work.

Grateful for the coaches at @f45newtoronto @sofitbysofia and David who challenged me this morning, even on tired legs. Honestly, it’s exactly what I needed. These legs need to learn how to push even when they’re heavy and tired.🥱

Strength session focused on legs, then straight home to hop on the treadmill for a 10KM tempo run.

And of course, coach @jg_runz added an extra kilometer. Sneaky!

But I kept reminding myself that tomorrow is Tuesday, which means a well-earned rest day.

Sometimes you just have to show up and do the work, even when you’re tired.

Happy Monday friends. 🤍
