Grizzly Ultra Marathon 2026
I'm solo and we got another team relay.
Such a great course with luck for the weather this morning (no need to lap the same leg for 8 times haha)

Not a well prepared race and didn't have enough energy intake last night. I hit the wall at 35K and my body refused to run 😕
Spent some time to rest, to drink, to eat and then gradually back to normal and get this done.

This is my first time trail running in the snow and cold. That's not very easy but finally get it done!

Thanks to the team for the great support!

Nice 10K run today!

Just to enjoy the race but with a tough uphill in the end though.
Surprisingly the result is not so bad without proper training and got the 2nd place in my category! (And 14th in overall)
Satisfied and will do the half next year!

Our biggest thanks to Sophie, Mike & Siu with Decathlon Market Mall for bringing the energy & some great KIPRUN shoes to try out!!

What a great way to spend a Thursday night 💕

We had the best sunny evening with Mike and Sophie from @decathloncanada Market Mall this week! They came out to demo the @kiprun shoe line and we got to try a range including trail, race and extra cushion. The cushion was a fan favorite!

We did a few laps around the park to decide which shoes we wanted to run in and then we were off to show our guests around Harmony. The lake and sunset were really showing off.

Thanks for coming Mike and Sophie and we can’t wait to do another night like this soon.
