Real boundary setting isn't aggressive or loud; it is quiet, decisive, and grounded in self-respect.

When you choose to accept people as they are—rather than who you wished they would be—the need to continuously forgive their disrespect disappears.

You simply step out of the room.

Your story doesn't end when you walk away. It finally begins.

Bookmark this post for the days you feel guilty for walking away from what drained you.
