the work is personal, always 🌀

the method gives us a framework, but the person in front of us determines how we use it.

the book will teach you the exercises, but the application will teach you pilates 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

that’s the work we care about (plus the good vibes).

private sessions + small group classes at ritual body pilates. 🫶🏼

have you taken class with sofya yet?

thoughtful, attentive + incredibly intentional, sofya has a way of making you feel both supported and challenged in your practice.

she loves the details (IYKYK), helping you find more connection, understand what you’re doing + discover something new in movements you may have done a hundred times before.

if you appreciate nuanced instruction, thoughtful hands-on guidance + a teacher who really pays attention, we got you.

hot tip: her saturday morning mat class is 🔥

looking for a little more individual attention? sofya is also available for private sessions. book online or reach out to schedule!

As we head into a busy season and the end of the year, here’s a little Pilates sister reminder from us to you. 🤎

Give yourself some grace. Ask questions. Take the modification. Move at your own pace. Your practice doesn’t have to look the same every day to still be progress.

Be kind to yourself and your body this season. We’ll meet you exactly where you are.
