We’re really pleased to welcome Yasmine from Soggiitoast to our October fayre. Based here in Romsey, Yasmine handmakes chainmail jewellery and keychains with a distinctive mix of industrial, ethereal and Chinese-inspired influences. Her pieces have a wonderfully alternative feel, and she also creates custom work, so her stall is a great one to visit if you love jewellery that feels a little different from the usual. We love being able to give local makers a space to share their creativity, and we’re looking forward to seeing what Yasmine brings along. #MoonstoneMarkets #MoonstoneRomsey #Romsey #RomseyEvents #HampshireEvents #WhatsOnHampshire #NewForest #Southampton #ArtisanMarket #WellnessFayre #ShopLocalUK #SupportSmallBusiness #SupportLocalMakers #SmallBusinessUK #MakersMarket

🛎️ TRADER SPOTLIGHT 🛎️ We can finally say that Junes market is NEXT WEEK, and we are excited! To start this weeks spotlights off, we have Yasmine from Soggiitoast! Yasmine has traded with us before our rebrand and we are big fans of the intricacy of her jewellery! “Soggiitoast is a handmade jewellery brand based in the South West of England, founded by an independent university student with a passion for industrial, ethereal design and creative self-expression. I personally love unique pieces of jewellery, especially when you can tell someone has put their soul into designing and hand-crafting it. I had often found it difficult to find jewellery that really spoke to me. When I started to create my own, it helped to cultivate my self-expression and figure out what really resonated with me. Chainmail is a slow, thoughtful, and valuable art form, with each piece made by hand, linking one ring at a time. A single necklace alone has 300-500 jump rings, carefully linked together with pliers and precision. Each piece’s durability and tarnish resistance makes chainmail jewellery a lasting investment, made to grow with you over time. Soggiitoast is run by one person- me ! Everything from designing and crafting each item in my bedroom using pliers, links, and beads, to taking photos and designing business and backing cards is done by me. I take meticulous care to pack every order individually and thoughtfully, so thank you for your patience, kindness, and support!” If you’re looking to expand your jewellery collection, there’s definitely plenty of choice here! 💫

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms 🗡️ Three novellas cosied up into one sweet little book, I absolutely adored reading this. Dunk and Egg's relationship is so wholesome and I really loved seeing a different side to George Martin's writing. The stories are not on the grand scale of A Song of Ice and Fire, they're more classic fantasy adventures - feeling like a heartwarming side quest with your favourite characters. I read this after finishing the tv show and can safely say the show follows the book pretty closely. Both are simple and sweet. They hold a special place in my heart, which I'll undoubtedly be revisiting 🖤 QOTD: have you seen the show? If so, who's your favourite character? _____________________________ #aknightofthesevenkingdoms #gameofthrones #knight #medieval

I did a chainmail guys!! It’s so cool! It was kinda tedious to make😮‍💨but totally worth it in the end. I then created a necklace around it, using some cute strawberry charms that I got from a friend and I just love how it turned out! So I’m calling this one ✨Starberry✨-get it? Cause it’s like strawberry but there’s a star- you get it😂 I learned how to make the chainmail star from one of @soggiitoast tutorials. So very helpful! 🙏😭 Thank you @soggiitoast !!🌸🫰 #jewelrymaking #handmade #jewelry #diy

⭐️ TRADER SPOTLIGHT ⭐️ 12 days until the second Cozy Corner Craft Market of the year, so let’s kick off that countdown by shouting out some of our brilliant traders that will be at February’s market. Today’s trader is Yasmine, the face behind Soggii Toast! “I am a young, independent small-business based in the South-West of England. I picked up jewellery making in 2023; being in university gave me lots of time to myself, and a desire to explore my creative outlets. I acquired an interest in keychains and unique necklaces, and taught myself how to create and bring these ideas to life. I personally love unique pieces of jewellery, especially when you can tell someone has put their soul into designing and hand-crafting it. I had often found it difficult to find jewellery that really spoke to me. When I started to create my own, it helped to cultivate my self-expression and figure out what really resonated with me. Hand-making each piece is such a unique and pleasant experience, especially when I get to see people love, appreciate, and support Soggiitoast, it genuinely means so much to me. Soggiitoast is run by one person- me ! Everything from designing and crafting each item in my bedroom using pliers, links, and beads, to taking photos and designing business and backing cards is done by me. I take meticulous care to pack every order individually and thoughtfully, so thank you for your patience, kindness, and support!” If any of Yasmine’s products catch your eye (which we are sure they will!), find her at Neutral Ground, Plymouth on Saturday 21st February between 11 and 5! 🐸💚
