A 3 minute reel was never going to cover it. 😅
This is just one tiny slice of what makes the Route 1 corridor such a sleeper hit in the DMV — and this is only Hyattsville. And not even all of it! I haven’t even gotten to @eatyourpizza, Archie Edwards Blues Foundation, @marylandmeadworks, @denovoconsignments, @adagio_dance.studio, @artworksnow, or about a dozen other places that deserve their own moment.

I’m going to keep sharing little neighborhood snippets about Hyattsville and the Route 1 towns we love over the next few months because if you’re house hunting around DC, the good stuff is rarely just the house.

If you love this hood too, repost this, send it to someone who still thinks they have to move to Takoma Park for personality, and tag the local spot I need to feature next.

-Hi, I’m @kayleighkulp, DMV Realtor + investor helping people find the houses — and neighborhoods — with a little more soul.
