During our challenges, I love bringing learning and extra care into the girls’ journey, beyond our time in the gym. Yesterday was one of those days ✨we gathered for a relaxed nutrition talk, shared our questions, and learned so much together.

Thank you @dr.nadabahaa_thenutritionist for sharing your knowledge so generously and making every question feel welcome. Your warmth made the conversation and the day so special.

Thank you @myvistores for putting together the perfect vitamin selection for our girls as they reset, get back into their routines, and find their rhythm again after the summer. 💆🏽‍♀️

Thank you @froot.world for bringing a refreshing touch to our garden morning with your lovely frozen fruit🥭🫐

And of course, a morning with our girls wouldn’t be complete without coffee ☕️ Thank you @soil.sips , for making sure everyone had her favourite drink waiting with her name on it.

Some weeks remind you why you started, the week in El Gouna during Entlaq was one of them. Long days, short nights, and a team that showed up with the same energy at hour fifteen as they did at hour one. I watched people carry things that weren’t in their job description, fix problems before anyone noticed, and still make every thing work smoothly. None of what we build works without the people behind it, and this week I saw that more clearly than ever. To everyone who gave their all in Gouna: thank you. I’m proud of you, and I’m grateful I get to build this with you. Missing a few people here 🤍

Great conversations deserve great spaces — and great coffee. ☕
We’re proud to welcome Soil Sips and Daily Dose as our F&B Partners for the Egyptian Entrepreneurship Sector Diagnostic Report Summit 2026.
As part of the SDR experience, they’ll be bringing their signature hospitality and F&B experience to the room, creating the perfect setting for conversations, connections, and ideas to flow throughout the Summit.
Because some of the best opportunities start with a simple conversation over coffee.

@SceneEats: Soil Sips is a coworking café in Mivida, New Cairo, designed for people who want to work, study or meet without the intensity of a typical café rush. The atmosphere is deliberately pared back: a fresh citrus scent with a subtle woody note, a steady mix of jazzy R&B in the background, and a menu built around the cafe staples including toasties, sandwiches, salads, baked goods and fresh coffee.

The café is part of Soil Spaces, a membership co-workspace platform that blends coworking, serviced offices and community experiences in one place. Soil Sips mirrors that hybrid identity in its set-up, with phone booths for calls, soft interiors and seating layouts that keep the space functional throughout the day. Members get perks such as exclusive rates on food and drinks, alongside full access to the coworking facilities. That said, it still works as a drop-in spot for anyone who wants to walk in, order a coffee and settle in for a few focused hours. There are also special rates for building tenants and nearby corporate teams, rooting in the neighbourhood anchor rather than a one-off destination.

Beyond in-house brewed specialty coffee, the food offering has expanded into more substantial, workday-friendly options. Expect toasties with melted cheese and fresh pesto, baked muffins and croissants, a Turkey & Cheese Bagel for something filling, and a growing line of fresh juices and smoothie blends for an easier, lighter reset between meetings.

Cultivating community is treated as a critical part of the space, supported through programming as well as simple design choices, shared tables, an easy flow through the space, and a layout that encourages low-effort interaction. They also host fun events including paint and sip events, where a full day working can turn into a cute evening out with friends.

A space built on contrast. Each zone carries a different feeling, where light, texture, and proportion quietly redefine the mood as you move through it, with a quiet interaction between space and presence shaping the final frame.
