Today’s ratio: 80% mum, 20% founder, 100% rained on ☔️

Painting, gymnastics, a few hours of actual work, then a reformer class I nearly skipped.

No perfect routine here. Just the basics, done most days. That’s what actually works.

Today felt like a pretty big milestone 🥹

SolBiome officially moved into a 3PL Warehouse.

It’s a little bittersweet because I’ve genuinely loved packing your orders, seeing the names come through, recognising repeat customers and knowing we were sending every single box out ourselves.

But the growth over the past 10 months has been honestly quite surreal. I don’t think any of us expected SolBiome to grow this quickly and fulfilment had started taking up hours and hours every week for our very small team.

As a mum of two, I’ve realised I can’t hold onto every part of the business forever. Moving into a 3PL means we can spend more time actually growing SolBiome, developing new products and looking after our community.

Still can’t quite believe this little business is only 10 months old and already needs its own warehouse team 🥹

Very grateful for every single person who has ordered and helped us get here 🧡

How to avoid constipation while travelling ✈️ #guthealth #guthealthtips #constipationrelief #travelhealthy

Chia, chia and more chia!! When your diet changes keep up the fibre easily with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds a day!

This saves me when I’m eating different foods & drinking more than usual.

Always! Simple but effective.

Hands down the best intervention 🥝 alongside chia seeds and 2-3 L of water!

Recovery rituals + nourishing food/supps I’m loving right now…

If you know me, you know I’m obsessed with a good heat ritual🔥

sauna • steam • infrared • red light • hot yoga

Recovery is one of the most important parts of my routine to be stage ready… and it’s inspired something I’ve been quietly building.

More soon. ✨

Teaching back to back breathwork and somatic movement on a sunny day!!

What a big big Sunday - not racing back to doing it anytime soon but it definitely brought me so much joy and feels ✨✨🩷🩷

It’s funny… I used to dream of filling my days with things like this - and as much I LOVE LOVE LOVE it - when I have these big days it’s also a BIG reminder to take the time to pause and rest, I use my tools throughout the day to stay within my capacity but boy oh boy have I learnt I can only handle one of these BIG days once in a blue moon - not be cause I can’t deliver incredible classes if I do too much but because there is SOOOO much more joy and fun in slowing down and being present with each practise rather than quickly moving onto the next

I get so much more out of my work when I slow it down, when I get to feel ALIVE just as much as my clients do yippee
So it’s funny to me because I love my work and I would do it non stop because of how much I love it… and because I love it so much it’s hard to say no and to slow the f down, it’s a lesson I keep coming back to (and learning again in a new way each time thanks universe) lesson is = to leave the busy busy go go hustle hustle and lean into the presence because the presence is where the fun is

And whoever has the most fun wins xoxo so for now and the foreseeable future NO MORE Sundays like this

Community has always been so important to me and it drives a lot of what we’re doing @sol.biome ❤️ never in my wildest dreams did I imagine we’d have a sold out event after launching just 9 months ago.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with us, shared their stories and reminded me that SolBiome is so much bigger than a product.
