Yoga Teacher Training Graduation Day!
Words are not sufficient to explain how I feel about these 13 women, about the power of the work we’ve done together, and about my hope for the future.
Yesterday was their graduation as Yoga Teachers after 5 months and 200 hours of training. Congratulations to each of you!!!

This training was the 5th I’ve had the pleasure to guide. These women have become sisters, and I’ve also been shaped and changed by this experience. I send gratitude to these women, our guest teachers, our gathering place Deer Hill, and all of the wisdom teachings and teachers who have led us to this point and allow us to integrate these teachings to grow, transform, and pass it on.
Our graduation ceremony/party was an expression of the journey of growth and joy that we’ve been on together. And will continue to journey together! So proud of you all, I love you each so much!!!
I’m already getting excited to offer another round of YTT next summer. These trainings are so rich and so fulfilling.

It’s a bittersweet weekend!
Over the past five months we have gathered, studied, and grown together, creating a depth of connection that is hard to find. On their 7th and final weekend of Yoga Teacher Training, these students demonstrate their knowledge, intuition, and understanding of the yogic concepts and path by teaching sequences they created.
I am SO proud of each of these 13 women! Tomorrow it will be my great pleasure and honor to present them their Yoga Teacher Certificates.
We’ve decided training isn’t over! I’m excited to be creating opportunities for continuing education for yoga teachers.
And already planning another YTT next summer!

🌿 This is Sydney @sol.yam.way

She goes by Sol Yam Way and is a devotional songstress who weaves genres to create an upliftment of the divine feminine through sound and repetitive chanting. I was blown away by here voice. She did this in one take.

Enjoy her original song “Medicine Woman” written in one sitting about an experience on the land in a deep workshop.

We met at the convergence campout in St. Louis last month and had to create a moment to capture the magic her voice and spirit.
Sydney, you are a legend in the making with a heart of gold and bubbly spirit. Keep inspiring me!

Stay creative yall, I love you

🎤 Congratulations to @sol.yam.way on her new EP release - The Woman I Become!

“This is Colorado folktronica carried by a voice that goes straight for the chest. It’s the sound of being broken open, again and again, in search of what’s true ~ not the truth of the world, but the truth living quiet in the heart.

The truth of our bones being made of this earth.
There’s no arriving, no final version of self, just the mountains behind you and what they left in your hands: power, wisdom, beauty, strength; always unconditional, always yours.”

✨You will NOT regret giving this a listen, trust us! Streaming now on Spotify and major platforms.🎶

Released on @moonbaberecords
