…..Keeping up with Femi & Sola Adeoti 28th Wedding Anniversary.

Part 10.
Thank you 🙏🏿 soo much !
And it is a pause 😂! Not a wrap.
We may have a physical meet/ round table if we get some numbers ….Kindly drop your details in the link in my bio should you be interested. And those that asked for a book, we will get back 😂

Lessons learned from my testimony is a lot but I will focus on two.

1: Help: - Loads of time people pray hard in request for people or someone who will help AND ignore who has been placed close to you. Till the last time I spoke with Sis Sola, she’s always amazed at the details I give of how much of a positive influence she’s been to me as a human, mostly as a wife and to my marriage relationship from lessons I took from her.

How will I have thought that my Snr SU colleagues girlfriend will end up being all she was and that I will actually one day call that my oga, Egbon?

2. Trust : If we can measure trust in God, what will the tool read of yours ? I am convinced if Br Femi didn’t return (abruptly) from the USA, he will actually be on a lower / lesser path he is in his career journey and his wife ( Sola) agrees.

I wonder how she coped then: Her response- She trusted God.
My question is : What if Sis Sola didn’t accept and work with him in that decision? What if she decided to separate? ( Hmmm there were so many tough times! )What if,what if ?

Conclusion: Our needs are not far from us, I think the challenge at times is some of us want God to actually follow us and not us following God . And that is why we unconsciously fall into manipulative tactics in our marriages and that’s the simple reason world wisdom now leads in homes that started by being Christ centered. May we receive the boldness to live by the word and not the world.

Will you dare to trust God? In DEED?

Thank you so much for being part of my story/ testimonials of a couple helped by God whose marriage keeps evangelizing.

I remain sincerely:
Yosola Adigun (Y.A)

…Keeping up with the Femi & Sola

Part 9b.
My experience with the children (2)

You will recall in part 8, I mentioned we didn’t know there was a problem. Well it turned out another pregnancy after child 1 wasn’t happening as expected .

Now I will share a core lesson from Sis Sola. Those days that we were so close, (I saw her nearly daily unlike this days 😂) NOTHING deeply shakes or moves her, when she’s telling you about a challenge she’s smiling, she will be the one that will counsel you about it after, and she will come out a winner.
I have seen Sola Adeoti walk this part & path too many times! Her trust in God is without doubt, she understands & respects the God head. Sis Sola, hmm I can’t thank God and you enough for allowing me walk those Christ walks with you 🙏🏿.

Let me just share a practical with you reader, Sis Sola got pregnant, and as life and God will have it we were pregnant (my first) about the same time. I delivered first, she and Br Femi came to see me when I got home. Then on our way out she said “Ayosi let’s agree that I will not be at the baby’s naming party so that my baby comes latest on that day.

We held hands by the stairs in my house & agreed.

On my baby’s naming day, Br Femi landed announcing he is very famished. Where is Sis Sola I asked? Didn’t you both agree she won’t make the naming? he replied….. beloved, Sis Solas baby came exactly as we agreed. Now you see how impossible it is for me to forget that act of faith, Exactly on the 8th day my baby was born was when hers landed as she and I agreed 🙏🏿

I have known and witnessed this couple go through some toughest of times, not once have they given me the testimony without mentioning how they heard the Holy Spirit direct them and battles they have won! And I pray they will continue to win!

Thank you Sis Sola! Thank you for teaching me so joyfully and casually. Thank you for always listening to my side of the story especially when you hear “gists” about me.

Thank you for trusting me with a lot in those days & thank you for believing in me. I honor you deeply & greatly. I loved you then and I still love you now. Thank you for sincere access, acceptance and Love 💚

Part 9!

…Keeping Up with Femi & Sola

Wow! It’s been an emotional experience documenting this, just what I thought will end with just a post keeps giving itself life! Hoping it does give life to some (all) readers

My Experience with the Children (1)

From the first day Sis Sola found out the was pregnant, she & husband daily confessed the word and prayed over her baby. She also believed for the best experience at delivery and we all were happy around her! She had an excellent delivery and our baby was such a delight !

Her baby came bouncing! The first ever bouncing baby girl!

She was so full of life and a very happy baby. She met all her milestones when she should and some actually possibly ahead, she was smarter than her age….

The Adeotis related with their child with understanding, Baby Adeoti understood responsibility.

When I was going to wed the dude Sis Sola has approved of and with my spiritual understanding, I was not going to use anyone for my wedding party than children I was convinced about. Our baby definitely was my little bride. Then came the shocker, the day she was told she will be a little bride, she asked her mum what it means, we told her and she asked what she needed to start doing ,her mother said “be praying till the day.Anyway little bride took the reply serious and prayed till the wedding day. She attended the trad with her mum, asked me after why I didn’t go with my husband, when we were able to explain why, she asked why my friends were with me , I replied that they will pray and we will talk till wedding day. She asked if anyone of them is the little bride we said no, then she said no one is as qualified as her to stay with me, in short that’s how lady little bride told her mum it’s her responsibility to stay with her “bigger bride” and requested to stay back.

In Sis Solas amazing acts she allowed her. Till date anyone that was in my room that night still asks after my little bride. She was a wonder! She talked wisdom, she also ensured she prayed for my marital life! Everyone was in shock! I love my baby! & Yes that’s her & our little bride picture 💋.

This is dedicated to my special baby!!!!! Now Lady,I Love her to ♾️

…..Keeping Up with the Femi & Sola .
Part 8.

Thank you, to those who have reached out to us sharing how this has blessed them. Apparently that’s the hope that made me write & fuel that helps to continue.

Just so you know, this writings is purely my account & the Adeotis read each part just as you 🙏🏿 it’s some account of their lives that I observed & gleaned wisdom from.
Part 8 begins:
……with no gain saying, it was an absolute financial tough time for Femi & Sola . There are days of No money and there are days of some little to eat. One thing though, school fees took priority of any money that was & so did rent. But, hmmmm there were days nothing edible was home!

There was NO day Sis Sola wasn’t bubbling with life and jokes and Br Femi’s jokes were super amusing as well. We did gist and laughed about everything. When Sis Sola & I are alone, my nerdy self will try to get her “serious” she will rather school me about worse stories & how God helped them through it, “ Ayosi, this will pass! She will say”.

Sis Solas love for fashion dates back!
Even in this times she discovered a fashion biz, Akerele Surulere… she will collect an Adire and sell making profit between 200 & 500, all that went for the daily meal while bro Femi also started searching for opportunities.

Remember I said Femi never settles, with all the drama on ground , he decides to change career and go into Tech sales from being a core Techie, another new!

It sincerely made no sense to me …. Like how do you make this move at this time? I really didn’t get that egbon!

In my mind I clearly knew why Br Femi dreams “anyhow” Sola is there to fan his wide imagination. Guess what, at a point in time, the Sun did shine again, he got a good tech sales role and things started looking a bit good …..then we realised it’s been years our first baby was around & Since Br Femi did his “led” debut back home, it’s been some years and no Second Pregnancy, We soon found out it wasn’t anything we thought….. there was indeed another problem!!!!!!!!!

And about the pictures? In Br Femi’s words to me :” Sola has insisted I launch one of my dreams” 🙄😒

.to be continued.

……Keeping up with Femi & Sola Adeoti Part 7

…… and so bro Femi left for the certification studies in America…… and NO he didn’t fail neither did he graduate 😂, just some months to conclusion of program, after some years …..he packed his bags and landed home, like home in Lagos Nigeria.

Sis Shol called, “Ayosi! Egbon e ti de” meaning Ayosi, your elder one is back. I didn’t ask why, I concluded he came visiting. So I planned to go visit . The day I was to go, I think I heard my spirit say I should buy soup ingredients, I said to myself, person wey her husband just land from Amelica? Soup ingredients kwa? I didn’t😔

When I saw Sis Shol, as bubbly as ever, since we share deep thoughts, I said “sis mi, I really wonder when I will expressly be hearing the Holy Spirit, imagine I thought the Holy Spirit asked me to buy soup ingredients” she looked at me in shock, she said Ayosi, that was no one else than God. There is no food in this house.

I was confused, really confused . And I was about to ask questions (like you right now 😄) when Sis Sola smiled and said , we can’t make noise, Egbon e nsun ( your brother is sleeping ) I have never been lost like that in a great while. Sister mi, what’s going on? was all I could muster. She replied , “Femi said he was led to come back” , Me : “led bawo”

After all this years? And just some months to conclusion ? Sis Sola, came and hugged me with smiles, it will be well Yosola, let’s go make food, see go beside the gate , buy ata gungun, ground egusi, and that round panla (that was 130) maggi & salt. There is white Amala, we will turn it .

I went in tears, (I didn’t let Sis Sola know) I was confused and completely wondering how this can be Gods will. And Sis Sola was calm in all? I was legit scared for them both! Afumeme ( our then baby now about 4 years) had peanut butter (her favorite) so with her, life was good neither did she have a clue of what was going on. Interestingly neither did I, or even her parents ….
