Hi everyone!
For those who don’t know me, or if you’re new around here, I’m Camila, a Head Spa Technician at @solaceflowheadspa!

A lot of you might know me from my hairstylist days, but I took a step away from the chair and for the past year, I’ve completely fallen in love with what I do!

I truly strive to create a relaxing, comfortable space where my clients can unwind, unplug, and take a little time for themselves. 🤍

If you’ve been wanting to try a head spa, dealing with scalp concerns, or simply need an excuse to relax for an hour or two… this is your sign!

Message me or book through the link in my bio. I’d love to see you! 🫧🧖🏻‍♀️🍃

hi guys!!🤍

If you don’t know me, I’m Paige! I’m a licensed cosmetologist + head spa specialist, and I’ve really grown to love this side of the beauty industry.

I’m currently at Solace Flow Head Spa, where I get to do what I love every day.🫧

I truly believe there’s something so special about slowing down, taking care of yourself, and giving your mind and body a chance to breathe. 🌿

I’m so excited to share more of what I do, my favorite scalp care tips + products, and some behind the scenes!

so happy you’re here✨

Tired of the same dinner date on repeat? I’ve got you.

I still stand by my belief that every great date includes good food. Consider these the fun little extras that help lock in that second date. 😉

🎳 Duckpin bowling at BridgeWay Station
All the fun of bowling, but cuter, smaller, and way less intimidating if your competitive side accidentally comes out.

🏓 Pickleball at The Pickle Yard
Nothing strengthens a relationship quite like debating whether that ball was actually in.

🎶 Catch a concert
From outdoor amphitheaters to local venues, Greenville always seems to have live music happening somewhere. Pick a show, grab a drink, and let someone else plan the entertainment.

⛳ Play a round of golf
Whether you’re scratch golfers or just here for the cart snacks, Greenville has plenty of beautiful courses to choose from.

🚲 Rent electric bikes and cruise the Swamp Rabbit Trail
It’s all the fun of biking with a lot less sweating. We love a date that lets technology do some of the work.

💆 Treat yourselves to a spa day at Head Spa Sanctuary
Couples therapy? No. Scalp massage therapy? Absolutely.

🪓 Go axe throwing at Group Therapy
Because nothing says “I love you” quite like preparing together for the zombie apocalypse.

Greenville has way more to offer than dinner reservations, and honestly, some of the best dates happen when you’re doing something a little unexpected.

Want my complete Greenville guide with my favorite restaurants, coffee shops, things to do and local hidden gems? Comment GUIDE and I’ll send it your way!

These humans spend every day helping women feel more confident, creating Seamless Grow Outs® + supporting each other behind the scenes, and one day could never fully show how grateful we are for everything they bring to M+M! But taking them out for a team appreciation day gave us a chance to celebrate the women who make this all possible! 🥹🫶🏼

I found the perfect grand finale for summer! The Mom & Daughter spa experience @solaceflowheadspa. 💆🏾‍♀️💆🏼‍♀️

Our visit included personalized scalp assessments and custom treatments, steam therapy, halo water therapy, scalp exfoliation, deep conditioning, and the dreamiest shampoo massage. We both were so relaxed we nodded off a little. 😂

I also loved that they’re educated in treating all hair types. Such a fun way to wrap up summer together! We’ll definitely be back.

I’d never experienced a luxury head spa before, and now I completely understand the hype ✨💆‍♀️✨

I visited @solaceflowheadspa in Greenville for their Signature Renewal Ritual, a luxury self-care experience that includes a personalized scalp analysis, relaxing head spa treatment, facial, scalp massage, steam therapy, halo waterfall rinse, and a beautiful blowout.

One of my favorite parts was seeing my scalp before and after the treatment. It was so satisfying to actually see the difference after just one visit.

I left with healthier looking hair and scalp, glowing skin, and feeling completely renewed.

If you’ve been looking for a unique self-care experience in Greenville, I’d definitely recommend adding Solace Flow Head Spa to your list 🤍

What’s a head spa💁🏻🧐

It’s a luxury experience.

I booked one (happy birthday to me🎉)!

Put it on your bucket list.

Kelsea( the founder) and Carly added a touch-of-class to my FIRST head spa.

They were gracious to take the time to care about my experience 💜

The Italian hair products and certified spring water were wonderful, and the massage chair and water halo were the perfect combination for a relaxing revitalization 🙌

I love the mission of Solace Flow— you can feel the difference.
