wow. it has been an insane year.
2025 was easily the longest, most difficult, and also the most rewarding year of my life. Worked on tour for 9 months of the year, saw a movie I shot premiere at SXSW and finally hit streaming, shot a few music videos, wrote lots of music, met so many amazing people, and spent lots of time with my best friends.
On the touring side of things, thank you to all the incredible bands who gave me a shot this year. I went into 2025 not knowing if I would have any work at all, so it’s crazy to me that I was so busy. There are way too many people to tag that helped me stay booked so just know that I appreciate all of you so much.
The best part of my year was spending as much time as I could with @caitlinallenphoto and watching her absolutely crush it shooting photos of bands and artists for multiple publications. I love you forever. Without your support and constant encouragement I don’t know where I’d be.
I could post photos of clips of my work this year but I’d rather highlight all the people who made 2025 so special. Love you all and see you in 2026 🫶🫶

a lot of days spent with old friends and new. getting to see around the country and meet new people and communities, the food, play music, the experience—it’s one of the things that drives me. it was a pleasure to be a part of this run with the guys in @cryptodiraband and to meet them and foster new friendships (go islanders). i love my @floatomen team through the good and the bad and happy i get to do this thing called music with them. i never take these opportunities for granted and love every time i can go out and see more of this world. thank you Mike, Scott, Matt, and Vin for being such amazing people to be around. thank you Dom, Willie, Carlos, and Vinny for being best friends and brothers. time to settle down, be back with my gorgeous honey, and gear up for the future of what’s to come, inside and outside of Float. see y’all soon.🌷

Perforate debut now streaming everywhere.
Recorded, Mixed, and Mastered by the absolute master musician @marco.santosc with vocals recorded with @nickcorcillo at the legendary Crypt studio. This would not have been possible without both of those homies. Beautiful art by the insanely talented @ink_hex with additional graphics by @solacexserenity
While this was a passion project of mine, it would have been impossible without this team effort through and through and I am so thankful to everyone who helped bring this vision to life. I also brought a couple talented musician homies together, all tagged here, so that we can give a live set to you soon. I would be nothing without my friends. A huge shoutout to Florida Hardcore, especially SFL, my scene, my family. Thank you. We hope you like it. - James

Came out of music video retirement for @playingwithknivesfl 😅
Was very stoked to be able to shoot the video for “When Sorry Starts To Sound More Like A Reflex And Less Like An Apology”, a song I co-wrote and produced with the band. Thanks to the PWK guys for trusting me with this one 🫶
