There comes a point in every stylist’s career when you realize that taking care of everyone else isn’t enough—you have to take care of yourself, too.

After more than 30 years in this industry, one thing I’ve learned is that our greatest asset isn’t our shears, our color formulas, or even our talent…it’s us. Our hearts. Our energy. Our ability to keep showing up for the people who trust us.

That’s why I’m so excited to announce The Vitality Project with Elizabeth Faye at SalonCentric Riverdale.

This isn’t just another class. It’s an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and remember why you fell in love with this industry in the first place. You’ll leave with more than inspiration—you’ll leave with tools to support your wellness, your mindset, and your future, both behind the chair and beyond it.

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, running on empty, or simply ready to pour back into yourself, I hope you’ll join us. You deserve the same care and attention you so freely give to everyone else.

I can’t wait to share this experience with our incredible beauty community. 💛

☑️Contact me or your local SalonCentric to reserve your spot for this amazing opportunity!
