What a fantastic year it has been, I started my beautiful journey of teaching at a private Christian school, and it has been absolutely amazing. That was in my plans at all but God put me in the right place at the right time. I have an amazing dog daughter that I love with my whole heart. I have a wonderful friends that I love to death and I have the best husband/best friend in the entire world. I would not have any of this without Jesus Christ in my life. We have some big things coming up in 2026 and I cannot wait. Thank you Lord for all the blessings you’ve brought to me🫶🏼

Congratulations to this past Fridays Game Day Girl Solange!!💙💛

Solange was an absolute star on and off the ice this past weekend. She did an amazing job during our ice performance where had an absolute WOW moment with a gorgeous backbend! She also kept the energy high by connecting and interacting with the fans while dancing on the sidelines. Her energy was contagious, and she showed amazing leadership by helping her teammates get ready.

Norfolk Admirals Dance Team 24-25 ✨💙💛⚓️

Rookie chapter is complete! I’m thankful to the Norfolk Admirals organization and to our director/captain Lauren for making this possible! Also super thankful to the hockey fans who accepted us into this community!

We had the best time cheering on the Norfolk Admirals, signing autographs, taking pictures, making community appearances, and of course dancing!! Never would I have thought growing up, that I’d dance for a hockey team — ever!! But this was still a dream come true.✨

What’s next? We shall see 😁

When I graduated high school I had a gut feeling my cheer & dance journey wasn’t quite over, I just didn’t know what was next. When I started coaching I assumed it was the only way I could continue to be around the sport I grew up loving. A year ago my life changed surprisingly and I took a chance on something I had been unable to do for 7 years. Dancing for the Admirals has allowed me to get back into performing in a setting I never thought was possible. Words cannot explain how thankful I am for the relationships, knowledge, and confidence I have gained from dancing alongside these amazing people. Here’s to continuously stepping out of my comfort zone, going after my dreams, & many many more years of dance. 💛⭐️
