This is a major throwback as my mum turned a year older exactly a month ago, and we had this amazing photoshoot to celebrate with her, my mum was really excited about this, I've never seen my mum so excited about things like the way she lit up for these pictures, and I was glad we all turned up to snap with her. Mummy, your joy will continue to overflow, God will answer all your heartfelt prayers, you won't bury any of us, and you won't die now, God will keep you alive so that you can see his goodness in all our lives, you may be retired, but you won't be tired, the good Lord will renew your strength, know this now Iyaomo, "Ayo yin ti de". Also, thank you for being an amazing woman, We love you so much. ❤️

CHAPTER 26 🦋🦋

The year I chose happiness ✨✨

Before this year, I really can’t remember any birthday I had post -Uni where I was truly happy, there was always something!! There was always a reason to cry sad tears, there was always something that made me mad, from expectations to disappointments, to a sense of an unfulfilled life!! I mean I was really judging myself HARD !!! I had things I thought I would have or should have done before a certain age, and I hadn’t done any of them, so I’d cry and ask myself what exactly was worth celebrating ??
But this year, I had to to start talking to and convincing myself quite early in year, that come what may, I’d still be happy because life is for the living 💖
Super grateful for the love from my support systems, who always remind me of my BAD-ASSNESS 😂 when I can’t see it for myself and I won’t trade those guys for anything!!
So here’s to another year round the sun, to laughter, love and all the beautiful things life has to offer 🥰🥰
