unlike traditional dance capitals - paris, new york, london - marseille has found itself among the ranks of a global dance destination not because of institutional rigor, but community-driven spirit. dance in france’s second city is driven by diaspora-led collectives including @undergroove_marseille, @showke, @entourag3 and @ballroommarseille, who weave an eclectic assortment of influences into their moves and practiced in open, accessible spaces that ensure everyone has a space on the dance floor.

this resilient, uncompromising culture has influenced the likes of @la.horde - yet the proposal of new laws threaten to restrict outdoor dance events that have proved vital to marseille’s grassroots community. but, the community isn’t going down without a fight: “being all together gives us strength and shows institutions that we matter” says @toopiti_777/.

100k on Instagram!

i’ve been quiet on here with work. not because nothing’s been happening, really… the opposite. we’ve been heads-down.

truth is 100k on IG doesn’t feel like much next to the actual reach and impact of what we’re building, but it’s also how the outside world measures what you’re doing, and it does mean something when you’ve built it without shortcuts or compromising on how you got there.

there’s a lot coming this year that I’m really excited about. wouldn’t be here without my co/d @___blenk and the whole team past & present

everything is compounding. more soon!! 🧩

Jan-Feb heart-led by my inner child 🥰

I’ve been contemplating deeply on duality energetics lately, feminine ♾️ masculine / yin ♾️ yang… One of the key pillars that make the TBP method. Noticing how when you open up to nourishment, in full trust- you invite so much joy, pleasure and FLOW.

But when inner stories are getting in the way, overriding our intuition instead of supporting us to live in unapologetic flow, we feel stuck. And as a storyteller if there’s one thing I know to be true is that the stories you believe create your reality.

✍️ Your connections feel shallow? Your relationships feel off? You keep feeling misunderstood? You don’t act because of what others might think? You look the other way, allow or minimize it when someone does something that doesn’t feel good to you? You find yourself repeating patterns even though you’re aware of them? You feel that overthinking, low self-esteem or anxiety take over your life?… the universe is mirroring something that is ready to shift inside.

If you can relate, I know you are tired of feeling like something is stopping you from accessing your full potential… but I want you to know that you CAN rewire those stories 🫶

I created TBP for you if you want to deconstruct old beliefs, patterns & survival mechanisms, activate your intuition & energetic truth, connect with your ancestral wisdom for creative flow, alchemize vulnerability into abundance, and co-create your life with the universe so you can come home to yourself, heart-led in full self-trust. So instead of feeling thrown off by life’s challenges, you’re supported by practical tools that bring you back to your centre anytime.

I’m opening only 2x 1:1 slots in March, for either of the following:

🦋 a single 90min session to Unblock your intuitive expression: my most accessible container using the TBP codes for a quick shift in one area of your life.

🦋 a 5 months container for the full TBP transformation to rewire your neural pathways, implementing into your life the codes that will support you through every challenge and area.

If this resonated, I invite you to rewire your stories with me 💙 comment FLOW for more info.
