A great day spent learning, connecting, and celebrating with our @ family ❤️

Today’s Agent Summit at One Campus Martius was filled with fresh ideas, meaningful conversations, and a reminder of why I love this industry. There’s always something new to learn, and I’m grateful to be surrounded by people who are committed to growing together.

We capped off the day at the Tigers game ⚾️ The outcome wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for, but it was still the perfect way to end a great day with an even better group.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at @atproperties.se.mi for putting together such a fantastic event and for continually investing in your agents. I’m proud to be part of a brokerage that values education, collaboration, and community.

Here’s to bringing everything we learned back to better serve our clients ✨🫶🏼

Beautiful homes aren’t just designed.

They’re ✨ chosen ✨
And I don’t think that’s by accident.

Whether you’re drawn to a historic Tudor, a lake house, or a downtown loft, there’s usually a reason. We all have a style that stops us mid-scroll, makes us slow down on a neighborhood drive, or has us saying, “One day…”

Maybe it’s because it feels familiar.
Maybe it’s because it feels aspirational.
Or maybe it just feels like you.

So consider this a completely unofficial psychology of beautiful homes…

Did we get your dream home right? Or is there another style that’s been living rent-free in your head? Let us know! 🏠👇🏼

Every once in a while, a client says something that stays with you forever✨

When Kyle walked into his new home, he looked around and said, “I’ve never felt closer to God than I do in this house.”

I’ll never forget that.

Helping someone find a home isn’t just about the transaction. It’s about finding the place where they feel peace, comfort, and a true sense of belonging.

Kyle, thank you for trusting me to be part of such a meaningful milestone. Congratulations on your new home! 🔑 Wishing you many years of happiness and incredible memories there.

If you’re ready to find a 🏠home🏠 that feels just as right, I’d love to help.

One of the best parts of living in Metro Detroit? Summer concert season.

Whether you’re headed to @pitbull or @thetimmcgraw here’s your Pine Knob lineup all in one place. Save this for later, tag your concert buddy, and tell us which show your most excited for.

We’ll see you on the lawn 🌅🎶

Not every city is the right fit for every person, and that’s exactly what makes Metro Detroit so special 🫶🏼

Whether you’re looking for a walkable downtown🚶, weekends on the lake🌊, a quiet retreat, or a neighborhood that’s always buzzing🪩, there’s a community that matches the life you want to live.

Now I want to hear from you! Did I describe your city well, or is there another Metro Detroit city you think deserves a spot in Part 2?

Luxury isn’t just about the homes. It’s about the lifestyle.

Walk to your favorite coffee shop, grab dinner without getting in the car, browse local boutiques, and enjoy one of Metro Detroit’s most vibrant downtowns. If an elevated, walkable lifestyle is what you’re after, Birmingham is hard to beat.

Would Birmingham be your pick?

Sometimes the best luxury is peace and quiet.

Bloomfield Hills offers privacy, mature tree-lined streets, stunning homes, and room to breathe while still being minutes from everything Metro Detroit has to offer.

Timeless charm never goes out of style.

Historic homes, beautiful waterfront parks, walkable village districts, and life along Lake St. Clair give Grosse Pointe a character that’s uniquely its own.

If lake life is your dream, West Bloomfield deserves a spot at the top of your list.

Boating, paddleboarding, waterfront restaurants, scenic parks, and dozens of lakes make every season feel like vacation season.
