On the weekend, I placed 3rd at the most prestigious bikini bodybuilding show New Zealand has to offer - the @nzifbb Bikini Pro ❄️ 💙

Thank you first and foremost to @moeelmoussawi and @nsnz_boss for putting this show on. We are SO incredibly fortunate to have had not one but 2x bikini pro shows in the last couple of years. I’ll be back every year 💃🏼 Thank you also to the Hunter family particularly @georgiamayhunter who organised the show! Aaand big big thank you to all the judges!

My feedback has been to grow my shoulders and come in tighter in the rear, which I believe can be done by next year. But me and coach also acknowledge that the bikini division is growing and I need to work to keep up to be competitive especially as I exist in a taller frame. 🤗 This is awesome feedback and I’m excited to keep making improvements!!

That brings me to- THANK YOU to my coach @frank__carroll who has built me from the ground up, literally! Frank I am forever grateful for your belief in me, your guidance and your knowledge over the last 6 years. Like we said on the weekend, let’s just keep stacking and stacking and doing this growth thing 🙌🏻 🥹 Side note, crazy how I was on 2,414 calories leading into the show. Thanks coach🙌🏻⭐️

My competing days are officially OVER, and fuck, what a ride it has been! 🥹

What an incredible journey. The highs, the lows, the sacrifices, the discipline and everything in between. I’ve genuinely loved every bit of it, and I wouldn’t change a thing.

But now it’s time to hang up the heels for good and put all that energy back into my family, my businesses and simply enjoying life. ❤️

And what better way to finish my competing career than at TOC this weekend! 😍

Honestly, one of the BEST shows I could have asked for to close this chapter.

A massive thank you to @nsnz_boss & GG for putting on such an epic show. You guys absolutely smashed it! 👏

And to my coach Frank. THANK YOU! ❤️ Thank you for all the time, effort, patience and belief you’ve put into me throughout this journey. For pushing me when I needed pushing, keeping me accountable and helping me bring my best to the stage. I couldn’t have done it without you, and I’m so bloody grateful to have had you in my corner. We did it! 🥹👏

My cup is so bloody full. 🥹💜

I’m walking away from this sport with so many amazing memories, friendships and lessons that I’ll carry with me forever.

No regrets. Just a whole lot of gratitude.

One chapter closes, another begins.

And I’m so bloody excited for what’s next. 💜
