Been rocked this last year mentally, spiritually, physically ( a big one for me) because my body kept screaming
Over the last 11 months, behind the scenes, my mental health took the biggest dip it’s ever taken.

To the people that were there for me thank you for not abandoning me. It was a super dark one.

On the path of healing from taking this fibroid, the size of a pomelo, out of my body, I’ve decided there’s no going back anymore. Only forward. Only the highest alignment. Nothing out of fear, lack, or habit. When it’s time to leave (whether it’s a job, relationship, or habit), before it drags you down, just go. It’s taken so much of my life to really embody this wisdom, but if I can help anyone else with it… at least I know it now w grace. I am loved, supported, protected, and everything is happening for my highest evolution.
💕Thank you for these two weeks of nesting to anyone who sincerely nourished my soul & belly. It really made the process of coming back on my own feet so much more easeful. I forgot that reciprocity comes back tenfold. The more you give, the more you receive. Giving always feels better. Don’t hoard.

Thoughts are powerful. And after all this, I’m super excited to work with @dr.heidi.hofelich 🍯
