Today we want to celebrate Evan.

Evan was previously a member of our F&E program and has since progressed onto coaching and joined the team, helping coach at our after school clubs.

He has taken this in his stride, quickly connecting with those taking part in his sessions, being a good leader and inspiration to the children.

Evan said “I wanted to get into coaching as I love being around football as a whole. I enjoy helping the younger generation improve their skills and confidence, and being someone they can look up to.”

“I’m really grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team and develop my coaching skills. It’s been a great experience so far, and I’m looking forward to continuing to learn, improve and make a positive impact on the children.”

Well done Evan, a bright future on your hands.💙💛

On Thursday, members of the Foundation team joined Solihull Soroptimists for dinner and delivered a presentation highlighting the Foundation’s work and its positive impact across the borough.

We also helped to wrap air fryers and gifts that will be donated to vulnerable women in need.

Over the coming months, we’ll be working closely with Solihull Soroptimists on our White Ribbon campaign, taking place throughout November and December.

Thank you for such a warm welcome. We’re excited to strengthen our relationship and look forward to welcoming the group to the Moors very soon!
