3 COLLEGE HITTERS. 2 SCRIMMAGES. 6 BOMBS. 💣🤯 2 home runs EACH… and the work behind it isn’t an accident. We’re training to hit the baseball HARDER and handle higher velocity. ✅ Med-ball throws for rotational power ✅ PVC pipe swings for speed & explosiveness ✅ Hammer slams to produce more force ✅ Different colored/seamed Smash Balls to challenge pitch recognition ✅ High-rise Taterballs to train our takes and decision making ✅ High-velo machine work to make game speed feel comfortable The goal isn’t just to take more swings. It’s to become a more explosive athlete, increase bat speed, increase exit velo, see the ball better, and have that work actually TRANSFER to the field. Right now? 3 hitters. 6 bombs. And we’re just getting started. 💣 If you’re a HIGH SCHOOL or COLLEGE player who wants to get faster, more powerful, and increase your exit velocity, that’s exactly what we train in my Speed & Power Program, The Leadoff Threat. Comment or DM me “SWING” and let’s get to work. 📲 #BaseballTraining #HittingDrills #CollegeBaseball #baseballhitting #BaseballPlayer
