THE PROOF IS IN. 🥃📸

Detroit, you really showed up for this one. 🖤

Our first-ever PROOF: A Detroit Photography Experience was everything we hoped it would be and so much more.

An evening filled with incredible photography, familiar faces, new connections, a little friendly bidding, and a whole lot of love for Detroit’s creative community.

Watching the artists see their work printed, framed, and celebrated on the walls was one of our favorite parts of the entire experience.

To every artist who trusted us with their work, every friend and family member who came to cheer them on, and everyone who walked through those doors to support local creativity: THANK YOU.

And a huge thank-you to our incredible community partners who helped bring this crazy little idea to life. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Every emotion was felt in these pieces 🎨❤️‍🔥 @youresofancystudio hosted a dope event showcasing some amazing local creatives who got the opportunity to be a part of something special. @wearestudiocreate had to pull up and take it all in. The art, the stories, the emotions, the people… this is what community is all about. Big congratulations to every artist who was a part of it, and shoutout to @youresofancystudio for creating the space for creatives to be seen, heard, and felt.

SCREAMING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY HUSBAND!!🤪❤️ I thank God for blessing me with such an amazing, loving, and caring man. You are truly my best friend, my safe place, and my person. I admire the way you give so much of yourself to everyone around you and how tirelessly you work to provide for our family. Your strength, kindness, and heart never go unnoticed. I can’t wait to continue making beautiful memories together, growing through every season hand in hand, and one day telling our children and our grandchildren the story of how this beautiful union came to be. Thank you for loving me the way you do. I pray this year brings you joy, peace, favor, and every blessing your heart desires. Happy Birthday my love. 28 looks good with you. 🤍✨ @solo_not_han

Our First Love Art Exhibition!!✝️
🚨🚨ARTIST SPOTLIGHT : Benjamin McCurtis🚨🚨
"Benjamin McCurtis is a Metro Detroit based photographer. Born & raised in the city of Detroit, his hometown holds a great level of value to him, where from he pulls a lot of his inspiration and passion from.

From an early age Benjamin came to know Jesus. Being underneath the pastoral covering of his parents, Jesus has been a large part of his upbringing. Benjamin holds his relationship with Jesus in high regard, and credits his intimate relationship with Christ as his motivation to continue photography as a creative outlet; seeing the world the way God sees it.

• Benjamin is the only photographer in this exhibit and his piece is absolutely breathtaking with such an enlightening meaning. Benjamin captures amazing landscapes, portraits, street photography, and so much more. If you are in need of a content photographer / videographer for your business he is your guy so give him a follow @righthandstudiosllc . Our First Love Exhibition is 3 weeks away!!! Can't wait to see you all on Saturday February 7th, 2026 at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea in Novi from 2-5pm.🥳

2025 QUICK RECAP - God Fashioned It All!!
- studied the Bible more & spent more intimate time with God
- happily married PRAISE GOD
- art workshops went crazyyy
- first coloring book made 🥹
- joined worship team & children's ministry
- went to PR & mini weekend trips around MI
- stopped being afraid of drawing & let the Lord use my hands
- protective hair styles all year
- 3.6 gpa winter 25' & 3.7 gpa fall 25' 🤪

No words can express the love and gratefulness I have for my Savior...not just because of what He has graciously given me, but more importantly, because of how He loved me even when I was His enemy (a sinner). He turned my life around and continues to pluck out anything that doesn’t align with Him. What an honor it is to serve Him, to know Him, and to be able to talk to Him.

2025 was an honor. Every day I woke up with breath in my lungs, food in my fridge, gas in my car, money in the bank, hair on my head, clothes on my body, shoes on my feet....the list can go on and on. I thank Jesus for it all. 🩷
