A little bit of passing practice with @solocircusuk before our team building workshop today in a very echoey Sticke court - one of only three in the world!

Festival seasons come to an end! And @endoftheroad is always the perfect way to finish! Beautiful music and arts in a gorgeous setting against days getting shorter and reminding us all it’s time to go home.

I love being in the Wonderlands, @jemmaynardwatts brings the area together so beautifully and books so many fantastic people! I love crafting while @hayley_yoga teaches yoga and @solocircusuk and @stevekaos teach circus skills! And I love being in the craft tent along @curtycreates, @spareroomarts , @medleyartsshop , @indigomaynardwatts , @jonmackay73 and @vicjay_art, @weavingchangeuk and @studio_om__ were such great additions! @eloisemay.performance was such a fab helper too!*

It was also my parents last time volunteering here, we’ve done 8/10 of the last ten years there together and they’re hanging up their high vis this year, I’ll miss them being there and I know everyone else will too!

This year we did tassels, bargello and visible mending. People learnt to sew on buttons, darn trainers (a first for me!), fix bags and clothes, embellish caps and more! When sewing skills are on the decline and fast fashion is on the rise, getting people learning to mend at a festival is one of my favourite things to do! We had so many people returning to craft with us or just to chat after coming to see us for years, it’s so appreciated!

Thanks again EOTR, you were a blinder again! More pictures soon.

*if I’ve missed you off here I simply don’t have your insta handle!

This great picture from Lakefest captures one of my Hoop & Glass tricks mid flight. I often open my shows with this. At the weekend a couple said they have been to the festival the last 10 years and come and see my show every year because it’s a highlight of their weekend! I can combine shows with walkabout entertainment and workshops to provide a package for any event.

Thanks @solocircusuk for the picture.

All done at Lakefest 2026. Three days of workshops then walkabout and a show today. Thanks to Mark @solocircusuk for a great weekend. The workshops are especially fulfilling as we get lots of people spend a lot of time with us over the weekend and keep coming back over the 4 days, learning lots of skills and having a great time - especially adults.

Victoria Park playground is now officially open 🙌

Although the playground has been open a couple of days before the opening for everyone to enjoy. The Mayor of Malvern officially cut the ribbon to open the park on 5 August.

The opening also saw workshops from Mark at solo circus, a playground warm up from YogaBears and live entertainment from the Flat Tonic’s all to celebrate this achievement. Also our amazing balloon arch is from Malvern party and balloons.

We would also like to acknowledge and thank the Malvern Hills District Council for the Community facility legacy grant funding of £100,000 given towards this projects costs.

The first of five days at @henleyfestival as ‘A Tall Order’ our stilt walking comedy chefs with @solocircusuk
Great to be working alongside so many other performers though it is a little warm - thankfully our sets are all in the evenings.
Bon appetite!
