I honestly can’t remember the last time I danced the night away. 💃🏻🎶

The kind of night where your feet are throbbing, your body is begging you to sit down… and you refuse because the next song is just too good. 😂

This retirement party was an absolute blast, and I’m especially grateful for a partner who stayed on the dance floor right along with me. ❤️

For my LA friends, check out @solsmooch - Sol Kiss Band! They were SO much fun — Rock en Español, cumbias, New Wave, and I’m sure they play plenty more.

It reminded me of something simple:

We spend so much of life being responsible, working, planning, worrying, and taking care of everything that needs to get done.

Don’t forget to make time for the things that make you lose track of time.

Even if your feet hurt the next morning.

Keep dancing. 💃🏻❤️✨
