When someone you’ve watched on TV for years talks openly about sobriety, it matters. When she shows up to meet your sober retreat crew? Pretty special. 🤍 Thank you to Solubrae, the nonalcoholic wine brand co-founded by Emmy-winning actress Patricia Heaton, for sponsoring our Ditched the Drink Nashville retreat. And thank you, Patricia, for coming to meet us at Draper James! I’m grateful for the N.A. wine, the welcome, and the willingness to say the quiet part out loud. So many women are privately questioning their drinking while keeping everything else looking good. Working. Parenting. Showing up for everyone. Wondering if anyone else feels the way they do. Hearing someone with a public platform share her own experience can make that conversation feel a little less lonely. A little less shameful. A little more possible. You can be successful, funny, talented, and loved—and still decide alcohol no longer belongs in your life. Patricia, thank you for sharing your story and spending time with our community. Solubrae, thank you for helping us celebrate. This is what I want more women to see: friendship, connection, and so much life on the other side of drinking. Has someone sharing their sobriety story helped you feel less alone? #DitchedTheDrink #Solubrae #SoberOutLoud #AlcoholFreeLife #SoberCommunity

On Wednesdays, we wear pink. A morning catch-up with the girls calls for a cute fall layer and the perfect crisp pour. 🍁🥂 Getting ready for a quick mom-break today, so I’m styling my favorite dress and jacket, stacking my watch and bracelet, and packing @solubrae Daylight right into my bag. 🍇 It’s a beautifully crafted, alcohol-removed Pinot Grigio with bright citrus and pear notes. Making it completely acceptable for a morning toast while ensuring I stay sharp for the kids all afternoon. 🤫 Drop a 🥂 if you love the hangover-free mom life! #GetReadyWithMe #FallFashion #MomsDayOut #AlcoholRemovedWine #Daylight CaliforniaWine

Cheers to the sponsors who make it all possible! 🍷✨ As we wrap up an unforgettable 10th Annual Harvest Wine & Food Festival, we’re raising a glass to the incredible sponsors whose generosity and support helped bring this milestone celebration to life. Your support extends far beyond the festival, helping create brighter futures for children in need across Northwest Florida.

My kids wanted to go outside and even though it's so cold, I gave in. We just walked in our street and back home. Can't handle the cold. Just told them let's make some pizza so that's what we did. I shoot some videos to post. Ended it with face mask and @kampeonwater as my mocktail while waiting for my mask to work on my face. Melon taste good with peach and mint. It's so refreshing and fun to drink. ✌️ #simplelife #slowliving #ugc

I can’t believe I pulled this off! Thank you @patriciaheaton @solubrae and @draperjames for being a highlight of my first Ditched the Drink retreat. We had such a lovely day being special guests sipping, shopping, and sharing sobriety together. It was supposed to be a celeb sighting and it was, but even better- almost immediately- Patricia put us at ease and it felt more like a women’s sharing circle. 🫶🏼 I’ll never get over this. I’ll be sharing so much more to come, but finally I can let the secret out! I’ll be sharing the full experience in my weekly newsletter. DM or comment NEWS 📰 to learn more and be the first to know about upcoming events. Sobriety has made my life so much bigger than wine alone on my couch and I am forever grateful for the connection. 💫 Thanks to @thelaurasilverman for making the initial intro to @solubrae so we had the best wine all weekend! 🍂🥂🍎

My heart is so full. Yesterday was beautiful. Every time I see a Return event come to life, I’m reminded why God placed this vision on my heart in the first place 💛 To remind women of the importance of community, slowing down, pouring back into themselves, making room for reflection, and returning to who they are beneath the noise of everyday life. Returning to a place of truth, love, peace, and joy. Thank you to each and every women who said yes. Thank you to each and every brand partner. Thank you to each and every instructor. Thank you to my amazing team. Cheers to our first retreat and the many more to come! 🥂 A TIME WAS HAD! 💛
