Last month was insane. Moved out, moved back in. Fought with friends, made up. Cried, processed, grew. Smiled, laughed, partied, and met new people. Kissed many, held friends and had friends hold me. Forgot who I was, then remembered my core roots.

I realized how loved I am

Summer 2026, the summer I experienced the human condition, the summer I grew into my soul.

It was an insane run but I grew so much. I love my friends, love my future connections, and love myself.

SWEAT was hottttttt 🥵 thank you to all the baddies who came out and left it all on the dancefloor last Friday. This collab has been a little dream of @forthegirlstampa @weresweetgirls and DN St. Pete for a MINUTE and we are so happy we could finally make our fantasy a reality 💖

Thank you to our DJs @djgayz, @djnoturgirl, and @weresweetgirls for keeping us bumping and grooving in the heat, to all our vendors (we hope y’all got some goodies and good food ✨), and to @e2kvintage for letting us transform your space

As we slide into the final chapter of 2024, I want to take this moment to reflect on a few things and share some fun tattoos I did over the last year.

⚡️ Suffering is tension and resistance to what is.

I have struggled and suffered as I resisted myself and the world around me in countless ways. I release the things that I have been clinging to for safety.

⚡️Pain is our teacher.

Most of my suffering has been self-imposed. Most of it has been mental. I hurt myself externally from the poisoned internal ideas, beliefs, perceptions I held and the actions that resulted from a wounded self-concept. Until I was willing to sit quietly with my pain to give it space and listen to it, I could not understand it and repeated toxic habits in blind frustration.

⚡️ Our external experience is just a mirror of our internal state.

I tried to find peace via external tinkering…getting more follows, more likes, more money, more xyz. Attempting to fill a void whose very emptiness IS my peace. I was trying to find peace in chaos because that was my conditioned emotional baseline: fear, anxiety, anger, lust. The void cannot be filled because it is infinite, and it cannot be disturbed because there is nothing there to disturb. It is the eternal canvas.

⚡️ Getting hung up on spirituality and a constant deluge of wisdom is an ego trip for fart-sniffers. 💨🥰

I have been an ambitious bitch my whole life. Thinking I was meant to be something. I can change the world for the better. That wasn’t built in genuine compassion so much as it was in desire for attention and validation of my “goodness.”

Don’t get lost in the sauce, nerds — there is no point to any of this. We’re here, and then we aren’t, and it all keeps on spinning. Spread love and hug your peeps tight. Make art, fuck, sleep, eat, dance, work, when and how you want to. Wishing you all peace and love ✨💗 Remember that you can be hatefully kind and lovingly mean, the surface means nothing. Where’s your heart at mf? I still have some availability in December to DM with your ideas and budget!
