Rebuilding movement before rebuilding performance. 🧠

Early-stage post-ACL training isn’t always about moving faster, jumping higher, or lifting heavier.

For this multisport athlete, we’re focusing on bilateral movement patterning, restoring confidence and control through full ranges of motion, and progressively introducing larger, more complex movement patterns.

The goal? Reestablish efficient neuromuscular coordination, improve movement quality, and build the foundation for the demands of multiple sports.

It’s not just about getting stronger. It’s about restoring the capacity to move well before asking the body to do more.
