It was an absolute honour to take the stage during the McLaren Trophy Awards Ceremony at the MTC and speak to the unique and pioneering approach we have taken at @rafaracing.club to provide access, opportunity, training, development, visibility, entertainment and most importantly, inclusivity to all. We are developing a world-class Human Performance Centre, expanding it globally and have partnered with the world’s top manufacturers, racing organizations, pro-drivers, physios, race teams, engineers and coaches to provide the utmost professional, winning programmes and infrastructure. We know that racing is an uber expensive and cutthroat sport so we are doing our part to create a world where everyone wins, everyone belongs, and where, via our platform, unfound and underfunded talent has an opportunity at pursuing a career in motorsports and pros at all levels can further advance their careers. Through the private aspect of our business, the members-only club/clubhouse, we are able to create efficiencies in scale and teach enthusiasts how they too can learn to drive, race and more wholly enjoy the sport we all love! Race As Family Always is our motto and we embody it in every way! 🏁 #rafaracing #raceasfamilyalways #mclaren #mclarentrophy #racing #racingfamily #racinglife
