It’s really not that hard to make her happy.✨ If you’re a firstborn daughter, tell me, did I hit the nail on the head?🥹💓

And if I missed one, what do firstborn daughters find oddly attractive or romantic that more people should know?

It’s Father’s Day today and I want us to do something fun in the comments—talk about one thing your dad does that still blows your mind to this day OR one reason why you love your dad so much. I’ll be in the comments!🥹❤️

There’s a slide for you in here, I promise.🥹✨ And when you find it, make sure to save it because you might want to read this twice.

Especially because these slides might finally put words to things you’ve noticed or have been carrying all by yourself for a long time.

The way you overprepare, the way you step in before things fall apart, the way you find yourself responsible for outcomes that were never fully yours to begin with—it all makes sense when you read this.

And I hope that this helps you see yourself a little more clearly in places where you’ve only ever been “the one who handles it.” 🥹🤍

Being 20-25 is wild. Half the time you feel like a proper adult, and the other half you feel like you’re quite unsure on what to do and how.

So save this post for the days you feel lost and need something to recenter you, so you can always come back to it.✨

How old are you? And is there any slide here you could relate to?🥹💓

And that’s because your favorite genre of art as a woman is watching yourself and other women grow older. Because growing older is not only about time passing, it’s also about who you are slowly turning into while that age passes.💓

And sometimes, you don’t need to be afraid of it—we need to embrace growing older even more.🥹

Every eldest daughter needs to read and save this post because it’ll make you stop, pause, and really think about the weight you carry and the choices you’ve been making out of habit, obligation, or love.

What inspired this post was a movie I recently watched called “Behind The Scenes.” The protagonist wasn’t a firstborn daughter, but she carried the weight of everyone around her—her siblings, her friends, her family. She overstretched herself to unimaginable limits simply because she loved them and felt like she had to be responsible. And watching her, I couldn’t help but think: this is the reality so many eldest daughters live every day.

So if you saw yourself in these slides, if one of these truths hit you, or if something made you pause, tell me—what life decision are you finally going to take seriously? Which one have you already taken seriously? Or which one do you wish you could go back and handle differently?

Every woman goes through that shift, the one she can feel in her bones; the moment she realizes she’s not just a girl anymore, she’s a woman building her own life, choosing herself on purpose, and growing in ways younger her prayed for.

So if you see yourself in any of these slides, please be proud of yourself. You’ve so come far!🥹❤️
