can’t tell you how many recipes I’ve lost after seeing them

Finally started using the Stashed app and it actually solves that problem. You can save recipes straight from social media and find new ones in the app with step-by-step directions.

Super simple, super useful, especially if you’re always sending yourself food videos like me.

If you like to cook (or want to start), this one’s worth checking out 👌

High protein tomato basil wrap by @sometimes_healthy_jrae

Tomato Basil Protein Wrap 🌿🍅

This one is high-protein, gut-friendly, and gives total Italian sandwich vibes.

Blend together:
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 4 fresh basil leaves
• 3 sun-dried tomatoes
• Salt & pepper
• 1 scoop @supergut daily fiber

Blend until smooth, pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake at 350° for 35 minutes until set. Let cool slightly, then slice into wrap sections.

Build your sandwich with:
• Mayo
• Salami
• Ham
• Turkey
• Red onion
• Spinach
• Drizzle of oil & vinegar
• Italian seasoning

Roll it up and you’ve got a macro-friendly Italian sub that actually keeps you full 🙌🏼
