Melanated & Thriving. Together.🤎

To every woman who showed up, poured in, and helped bring the Melanated & Thriving Social Sip Summer Series to life—thank you💐

To our attendees, thank you for filling each gathering with your radiant energy, honest stories, contagious laughter, and open hearts. You made every moment feel like a homecoming.💫

To our vendors, thank you for sharing your gifts, creativity, and brilliance with our community. Your presence reminded us of the beauty and power we carry and create together.🫶🏾

To our speakers, thank you for offering your wisdom, truth, and expertise. Your words sparked reflection, inspired possibility, and gave us space to imagine what living well and thriving can look and feel like🌿

A special thank you to @aidsunited & #melanatedmovement for their support and sponsorship of the #melanatedandthriving Summer Social Sip Series.💜

This series reminded us that we rise through connection. We flourish when we gather, celebrate, learn, pour into one another, and make room for every part of who we are.🙋🏾‍♀️

Thank you for helping us create a space where Black women feel seen, celebrated, empowered, and free to live fully and well.💖

With love,
Kennedi, Freda & Candace✨

You deserve a night out on the town, and I have the perfect event in mind.

@arteagave , Atlanta’s premier tequila & mezcal festival, is taking place Sept 26 at @thesylvanhotel

Think: 100+ tequilas and mezcals to taste, mariachi and folklórico performances, an artisan market, and bites from local favorites like @thebettyrestaurant and @lajefaempanadas

And because I like to share the good stuff, I’m giving away 2 tickets so you can enjoy this incredible event.

To enter:
🌵 Follow me + @arteagave
🌵 Tag 2 friends
🌵 Comment your favorite tequila-based cocktail

Winner picked on Sept 20.

Don’t want to leave it to chance? Code SHANA gets you 10% off tickets right now.

A night to remember at Meals on Wheel’s annual TASTE event!

MOWA supports senior independence in the Atlanta area by providing nutritious meals, emergency food, and other services to low-income, homebound seniors. They deliver over 600,000 meals annually, combatting senior hunger and social isolation through a dedicated volunteer base and community support.

I always love when I can give back and support a good cause. Thanks to @mealsonwheelsatlanta for having me!🫶🏼

5th Annual TASTE Fundraiser 🧡✨

Hosted by @mealsonwheelsatlanta 🍽️ It’s always inspiring to see so many people come together for a shared purpose—even in this Georgia rain 🌧️

One night wasn’t enough to make it around to every vendor 😭 but I love that events like this introduce me to local businesses I might not have discovered otherwise and will definitely reach out to in the future to experience! 🤍

Shoutout to the tasty collective in the video 😋👌🏼 @firesideatl @twistedsoulcookhouse @barana.atl @tatisbread @somixxy @17thandstate

Thank you to everyone who made the evening possible, and thank you to Meals On Wheels Atlanta for the work you continue to do for our local seniors 🫂

Roswell was in full bloom 💐

Oh, wait, you thought that was just a caption?

We partnered with the @empirecarecenters to celebrate the opening of their newly revitalized Roswell Center for Nursing and Healing, with an experience appropriately themed: Roswell in Bloom.

When you think of blooming, you think of transformation. A fresh start. A space coming into its next season with intention and care.

And that energy was felt throughout the entire event as city officials, community members, neighboring businesses, patients, and partners gathered to tour the facility and celebrate this new chapter.

Guests enjoyed spring-inspired signature cocktails, hearty hors d’oeuvres designed for networking and guided tours, live DJ vibes, custom floral bouquet stations, and delectable mini-cakes that were almost too pretty to eat...Almost!

From the experiential details to the event flow, we enjoyed creating an experience where every touchpoint was designed to reflect warmth, renewal, and community.

Ready to create an event your guests will remember long after the last cocktail is poured? Let’s build something meaningful together. 💫
