M.A.R’s mural welcomed its first school visit today, and our hearts are full! ❤️

A very special thank you to Principal Yesnick and her amazing staff for bringing @psms31x students to visit our mural and meet Angurria in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

And what a way to celebrate Spirit Day: dressed as the M.A.R mural! Seeing the students bring our mural to life left hardly a dry eye on the M.A.R side. 🥹🎨

Thank you to The @communityfundnyc , @angurria and @artbridge for helping create something that connects generations through art, culture and community. Today was a moment we will always treasure.

The tallest #mural in the United States is almost complete and right here in The #Bronx at Morrisania Air Rights on 158th and Park! Done by Dominican 🇩🇴 artist @angurria and his team consisting of @dovente.rd and @son_coro, they have spent the past four weeks working on the 29 story, 290 foot mural from morning to evening each day. Have you seen the mural yet?

Tools of the trade Tuesday! Featuring @angurria for Artbridge.

My job is all the things that happen on the ground. I kid and say I watch paint dry but that is part of. I also get to appreciate the beauty of how people work. It’s not just about the final mural but the whole process involved.
