Власне, так моя історія в École Ferrieres закінчилась.
Цю підбірку хочеться присвятити саме ЛЮДЯМ, яких я зустріла. Саме Ви зробили цей тернистий шлях сповненим сміху та емоцій. Разом завжди було легше розділяти складнощі і радощі, ніж переживати їх наодинці 😌 Merci beaucoup!❤️

Повертаючись думками в період цього мого навчання, розумію, що саме цей крок у невідомість - спонтанне рішення про кондитерську професію, нова країна, невідома мені мова і ще безліч складнощів, що зʼявлялися в моєму житті іммігранта - поступово виховували в мені витривалість, сміливість, терпіння і ще купу ознак, що характеризують особистість за межами її зони комфорту.
Я дуже вдячна за цей період, адже він став моєю першою досягнутою професійною сходинкою. 🥹

It’s been almost a month since we closed, and I already miss it. I miss the energy of the kitchen, the quiet moments before service, the chaos that turns into magic, and most of all, the incredible people who made it all worthwhile.

This restaurant wasn’t just a place—it was an experience, a journey, a challenge that pushed us to our limits and rewarded us in ways words can’t fully capture. Being part of Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s vision at our 2-Michelin-starred restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel London was an incredible honor. I’m deeply grateful for the team who gave their all every single day, the guests who shared in our passion, and the suppliers who supported us with the best ingredients, helping us bring our vision to life. Without them, none of it would have been possible.

While this chapter has closed, the memories, the friendships, and the passion for what we do remain. Thank you to everyone who was part of this adventure—on to the next!

✌️ That’s all, folks! ✌️

I’m feeling a proper mix of emotions as I extend a huge thank you to the Michelin Guide for awarding us two Michelin stars for the third year running. What an amazing chapter in my career!

I can’t thank Anne-Sophie Pic enough for believing in me and welcoming me into her restaurant, letting me bring her vision and vibe to London. It’s been an incredible ride.

Now for the news: this week will be my last at La Dame de Pic London. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some fantastic people along the way who have become like family.

Exciting things are on the horizon, so keep your eyes peeled for some announcements! We have a few more services to go, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you all for this special farewell.

Thanks to all our wonderful guests for your support and to our incredible team and suppliers who’ve made this journey truly unforgettable.

Moment de partage entre les élèves de l’@ecole_ferrieres, @fabrice_thirion de Sens Gourmet et Christophe Laplace des Halles Trottemant ! 👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳

Les élèves de l’École d’Excellence ont eu la chance d’en apprendre davantage sur des produits d’exception et ont eu l’occasion unique d’enrichir leurs connaissances culinaires ! Ils ont découvert comment intégrer de l’ail noir dans les recettes, ont fait la connaissance d’une sélection unique de vinaigres balsamiques et ont appris à utiliser des croquants ou des texturants pour donner du punch aux plats ! Tout cela grâce à la présentation de Fabrice Thirion de Sens Gourmet.
