POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
reposting of one of my most vulnerable and loving posts. This is for unconditional love that is personified in the most raw forms. To mamiii Also side note how incredibly brilliant and adaptive our nervous systems are at keeping us safe and how based on how it’s wired relates to everything including love, money, relationships, safety.

I know I can heal alone, but I’m so grateful for the moments I didn’t have to. Healing isn’t only the deep, messy work, it’s also laughing until your stomach hurts, having real conversations that remind you you’re seen, and being held in the small everyday ways. Even having fun is so healing. There were seasons when I didn’t think I could feel joy, even with the people I loved. But the ones who kept checking in, listening to me cry and vent, and creating space for me to just be meant everything. And even when i was heavy, no-one loved me any less. I don’t say this enough, but I’m deeply thankful for the people who love me in all my versions and whom we got to witness eachother in SOO many different phases in life. If you’re lucky enough to have people like that, don’t take it for granted, show up for them too (yes you DO owe people shit, don’t buy into that) Because healing is not: the darkness we face alone (sometimes) and the light you find with others 💛
