Our cells are our oldest living ancestors, shared by all of life since it’s creation.

Embedded within the biography of the cell, lie the mysteries of Life, Growth & Transformation; every single cell in your body is eve’s dropping on your internal dialogue. (Read that again)

2021 has been described as the onset of ‘The Age of Anxiety.’

Anxiety is a natural human state, it helps us to identify & respond to danger by activating the ‘fight or flight’ mode which is good if you’re really being threatened but not so good if you’re experiencing it indefinitely.

Your NERVOUS SYSTEM is your body’s MAIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, it reads the environment & relays that information to 50 trillion cells in the body before it enters our conscious awareness.

How this is filtered however, is determined by our BELIEFS.

Beliefs are the preset, organized filters to our perceptions of the world (external & internal).

They are the ‘Internal commands’ to the brain as to how to represent what is happening, especially when we consistently believe something to be true.

Stimuli received as trusted information is stored in the memory bank, these perceptions are generalised & established into belief.

Belief-Reinforced Awareness then becomes our BioChemistry.

The Human belief system is formed through all experiences learned & experimented which are then filtered through ‘personality.’

Every tiny cell in our body is perfectly aware of our thoughts, feelings & OUR BELIEFS.

Let me give you an example: If you believe you suffer from anxiety or depression, you begin printing the data received through your senses & physically become the ‘INTERPRETATION’ as YOU Internalised it. (Your brain takes a snapshot & your mind prints it out at your command).

Man is a colony of cells in action.
Each one of us carry a 15 Billion year existence within us in each tiny cell, Imagine how much data we hold!

You are a wondrous being with unlimited potential! Let go of limitation!

Change your beliefs and you change your genetics. 🧬

I highly recommend the books: 📚
“The Biology of Belief,” by Dr. Bruce Lipton
“Secrets of your cells,” by Sondra Barrett PhD.

Thank you for your support. 🙏🏼
