Cadillac F1 custom charm bracelets and bag charm activation! I manifested this project because I truly wanted to do something in my city for F1 since I had previously worked in other cities however creating for Cadillac was beyond amazing. ✨✨

Thank you to @cadillacf1 for allowing me to create and bring this to life. Huge shout to @laurennicolecedeno and @hansomhank

Our mighty team of four created bracelets and bags for more than 600 people in two days, and it was such a blast meeting so many of you and having my community also come through to enjoy!

Check me out on the next season of Netflix Drive to Survive yapping with owner of Cadillac F1 Cassidy ✨

When the disposables come back from the retreat 🥹

I will never shut up about how going on a girls-only retreat is SO NECESSARY

If you want to join the next one this year, we’re going to upstate NY!! A quick lil weekend reset will be all you need heading into the fall.

Comment UPSTATE and I’ll send you all the info ✨

✨GIRLHOOD✨

We spent 6ish days in Portugal together and I am struggling to put into words how magical this retreat was.

You never rally know how well a group is going to get along. You can’t plan it or predict it. You just hope that everyone shows up with curiosity & opens themselves up to the experience.

The first 24 hours can be a shock - especially if you came alone or if you’ve never been on a retreat before. It can be out of your comfort zone.

But then you feel the shift. The second you settle into the group & feel more comfortable. You see other women sharing their stories and you want to do the same.

It’s not just a mobility training retreat. Yes, we train and move but the real magic is the quiet moments reading in the pool, the dance parties before class, singing at the top of your lungs on a boat, gathering around the dinner table together and sharing in a circle after class.

For over half the group this was their first retreat. Some didn’t even know what mobility training was. Some had been on 4+ retreats with me already. And everyone left making plans to see each other on the next one 🥹

When women get together we are unstoppable. We remember to dream big and to support each other because there is always room at the table.

Lots more to come, but for now that’s all 💕
